The Practical Division members of Phoenix Rod and Gun Club have worked diligently to put together what we hope is a fun and challenging match. Range Rules: The 4 rules of gun safety. Phoenix Rod and Gun Club is a Cold Range with designated safety areas. No handling of firearms is permitted except on the firing line or the safety areas. The range observes the 180 o rule, violation of this rule will result in disqualification. Eye and ear protection are required in the bays. No alcohol is permitted on the range. Equipment Checks : Equipment checks carried out.. Any equipment adjustments required will be noted. Repeated equipment adjustments will result in a procedural penalty being assessed for each infraction after the initial adjustment.

Hands at surrender STAGE PROCEDURE: String 1: At buzzer retrieve pistol and engage with 2 rounds each Strong Hand only in tactical sequence. String 2: At buzzer, retrieve pistol and engage with 2 rounds each weak Hand only in tactical sequence. String 3: retrieve pistol and engage with 2 rounds each freestyle. Stage Name: Last Man Sitting SCENARIO: Trying to have a pleasant dinner and you are attacked by Doyle s thugs. START POSITION: Seated at Hands behind head fingers laced. Pistol loaded to division capacity. STAGE PROCEDURE: At buzzer push down P or PP2 with strong hand and then draw and engage and S1 and S2 with 2 rounds each in tactical priority while remaining seated. Stage Name: 16 Blocks SCENARIO: Attacked by thugs you think your friend saw too much, your friend takes a hit and you need to get him out of there. START POSITION: Standing at facing Downrange, hands at sides. Pistol loaded with six rounds. STAGE PROCEDURE: At buzzer pick up wounded witness in weak hand, draw and engage with 1 round each strong hand while moving to cover at P2, dragging or carrying dummy with you. At P2 place dummy behind cover, perform reload and reengage with 1 round each. ROUND COUNT: 12 SCORING: Vickers TARGETS: 6 threat, 3 Non Threat CONCEALMENT: Required STRINGS: 1 P2

START POSITION: Standing at facing uprange with ATM Card in strong hand at slot, Pistol Loaded to Division capacity. STAGE PROCEDURE: At buzzer turn, draw and engage in Tactical sequence with a minimum of 2 rounds each while moving to cover at P2. Once at P2, P3, and P4 engage remaining threats with two rounds each in tactical priority. Stage Name: Mercury Rising (it s AZ) Course Designer: SCENARIO: Shopping with the kid, things get a little heated in the aisles. START POSITION: Standing at with both hands on shopping cart handle. Pistol is loaded to division capacity. STAGE PROCEDURE: At the buzzer pull cart behind cover, draw and engage S1, and. Retrieve child from shopping cart and secure with support hand. Move to P2 to engage with strong or weak hand only. Child may not be exposed to threats. After Engaging move down the aisle and engage T8 as they become visible strong or weak hand only. Exposing child to threats will incur procedural penalties. Child must be carried against torso during every shot, can be placed on ground during reloads. STAGE PROCEDURE: At buzzer turn, draw and engage in Tactical Priority with a minimum of 2 rounds each while retreating to cover at P2. Engage remaining threats from P2 and P3 with two rounds each in tactical priority. They want Demi s selfies and don t care who gets hurt. Unfortunately a flat tire has you stuck in a bad spot START POSITION: Standing at facing van ROUND COUNT: 12 with Tire Iron in strong hand. Pistol holstered SCORING: Vickers and loaded to division capacity. TARGETS: 6 threat, 1 non threat, STAGE PROCEDURE: At the buzzer drop the tire iron then draw and engage and with 2 rounds each. At P2 open car door and engage remaining threats through the van. START-STOP: CONCEALMENT: Audible - Last shot Required P2 Out & Back
