This form of stretching utilizes the concept of autogenic inhibition to improve soft tissue extensibility, thus relaxing the muscle and allowing the activation of the antagonist muscle. It is accomplished by rolling the foam roller under each muscle group until a tender area is found, and maintaining pressure on the tender areas (known as trigger points) for 30 to 60 seconds. WTSWI offers a Foam Rolling class on the 2 nd Saturday of every month (October 12 th ), 1:00pm, $20 Contact us at 325-763-6292 for more details In all of the Concho Valley there is not a more professional setting for your business meeting or a more elegant ambiance for your social event than Bentwood Country Club. Here are some food items to keep a watch out for while shopping and why the prices are not as they were Shrimp Many new tariffs and taxes have been placed on shrimp producing countries for exporting shrimp. Several of the largest shrimp producing countries in the world were also hit with two different types of diseases. In Thailand the damages were just about 60% loss. Mexico had 80% loss and India had about 50% loss. When you put that together, you are talking about 40% less product available. Idaho Potatoes The Idaho potato market continues to decline as a new crop, Norkotahs, are being harvested. Old crop, Burbanks, are basically non-existent and the ones that are left are very tired. If you run into a situation where your product is $2-$4 higher it is very likely you are facing old crop Burbanks against your new crop Norkotahs. Citrus All sizes and grades, especially lemons, are limited due to colder weather this past Spring. Keeping your shopping list healthy! Hope to see you around the Restaurant enjoying the new fall menu!! Chef Chad
