We don t always get a second chance in life! 02 05 How do you perceive freedom and how important is it for you to follow your dreams? What does it mean to you to be a member of the adidas Outdoor team? The adidas Outdoor Team is above all a family, with all that this implies! They support me on every aspect when I need it. That s all I need to push my limits. I am proud to be part of the team and help advance the Outdoor sport! What is your next project? Freedom is being able to try to realise my dreams. I like living free and I would do anything to achieve the impossible. My life is guided by my dreams, it s what allows me to move forward and push my limits. My next project is to cross the Alps of New Zealand; it s an 800km hike and fly in complete autonomy. 03 What is the one thing that you would like to tell your fellow climbers/ runners/bikers/flyers to motivate them to achieve their dream goals? Life is a dream so live it fully!

01 Why should people submit their projects and join the Claim Freedom campaign? It s such a great chance for young, motivated outdoor athletes to make their crazy dreams come true. I remember how it was in my past: we always had a crazy plan, a mega-target in our sights, but we didn t have the means to make it happen. So we were limited to local projects. With Claim Freedom, adidas Outdoor is opening the doors to the world of adventure. When we were young we would have given our all for a chance like this! your own adventure for yourself and your team, and not for Claim Freedom. Only then can Claim Freedom give you the basis for living YOUR VERY OWN DREAM. 04 What does it mean to you to be a member of the adidas Outdoor team? Since being an adidas Outdoor athlete, I ve been taken into a big family who all have the same objective, whether it s running, flying or climbing: freedom is our life. And adidas Outdoor helps us to live this dream without limits! 02 05 How do you perceive freedom and how important is it for you to follow your dreams? What is your next project? Freedom is what we strive for. To arrive, to reach your goal after a long, difficult journey, to live in the moment where time and space don t mean a thing anymore, to be in the here and now. Yes, that s a very sacred moment for me; that s happiness, that s freedom! But freedom is also having the opportunity to tread the path that your aspirations have designed. Claim Freedom is giving athletes the freedom to find their own freedom! 03 What is the one thing that you would like to tell your fellow climbers/ runners/bikers/flyers to motivate them to achieve their dream goals? Be yourself, be genuine and don t dance to the tunes of others. Discover To get fit after my shoulder operation, and I m looking forward to climbing, maybe to visit Patagonia in February! 06 Which terrex products do you use on a daily basis and which product represents the one «must-have» you wouldn t leavever? Whether summer or winter, it has to be the light down jacket. A real musthave! But, basically, everything from the new terrex range is ingenious; the colours, the functionality and the cuts all make the products the ideal travel companions when you re on your adventure. (Who wants to look like a tramp when you re doing great and meaningful things?!)
