WHAT TO EXPECT CHECK-IN: The check-in tent opens at 7:30am. All players must be present at check-in and have their school IDs on hand. Failure to provide a student ID or proof of student status with another form of identification, will prevent that player from checking in until they can do so. Teams must bring a copy of their roster to check-in, as all participating player waivers and IDs need to be verified. Failure to present a roster will prevent teams from checking-in. After successful check-in, teams will be provided with a copy of the tournament schedule for that day. TEAMS: Teams are encouraged to bring their own canopies (1 per team), folding chairs, and blankets to form their own team headquarters at the tournament. We have designated Field 1* for this purpose. Please be respectful of each team s space and property. Please limit the number of spectators at your headquarters as space is limited and is meant only for players and coaches. TRAINERS & INJURIES: Trainers will be stationed at the Field Tower at the center of the tournament fields to address injuries. Tape can be purchased for $2 per roll. FOOD & DRINKS: We will be selling snacks and drinks on the upper level of the Field Tower. Water will be available to teams at each field. There are many restaurants located near the fields for lunch or dinner. No fires or BBQs allowed. Please be considerate not to litter on the fields, and use the trash receptacles provided around the facility. SPECTATORS: There are no bleachers at any of the fields. We recommend that fans bring chairs and shade to cover themselves from the sun. Spectators should keep at least five (5) yards between themselves and the sideline. Spectators should also refrain from entering team headquarters. Fans may be asked to move or leave the premises at the discretion of the Tournament Board. Pets are not allowed on tournament grounds. Owners and their pets will be asked to leave. PARKING: Parking is not covered in the tournament fees. All day parking at the university is $10 per car per day. We recommend that teams arrange carpools for convenience and savings. Be sure to display receipts on your dashboard. WEATHER: All of our fields are grass so in the case of rain, games may be cancelled at the discretion of the Tournament Board. In this unfortunate circumstance, we will advise teams as soon as possible. 2
