THURSDAY MARCH 1, 2018 SESSION 1: THURSDAY MARCH 1, 2018 / TIMED FINALS: Warm-ups: 4:00 pm Session starts: 5:00 pm Session ends: 8:01 pm ALL THURSDAY EVENTS must positively by 4:15 pm on Thursday. Per the Meet Notice: All Thursday night Individual Events will be swum in event order and seeded fastest to slowest by event. (Only exception would be in the event of combined events/heats) Per the Meet Notice: All Relays will be swum in event order and seeded slowest to fastest. (With exception of when heats are combined) Per the Meet Notice: All Teams/Swimmers are responsible for your own timers & counters for all of the Thursday night events.
FRIDAY MARCH 2, 2018 SESSION 2: FRIDAY March 2, 2018 / PRELIMS AND TIMED FINALS: Warm-ups: 6:50 am Session starts: 8:00 am Session ends approx.: 12:46 pm COACHES MEETING: 7:30 AM LOCATION TBD 13-14 400 IM MUST POSITIVELY CHECK-IN BY 7:15 AM ALL RELAYS MUST POSITIVELY CHECK-IN BY 7:15 AM Per the Meet Notice: The 13-14 and 11-12 age groups will have an A and B finals (Top 16 swimmers from the prelim results) for the prelim /final events. The 10 & Under age group will have an A Final (Top 8 swimmers from the prelim results) for the prelim/final events. Per the Meet Notice: The Top 8 seeded relays, after positive check-in, will swim in the FINALS session. All remaining relays will swim as the last events in the prelim session. All relays who end up in the TOP 8 must swim in the finals session or scratch the event. There will be no option to choose AM or PM relays. SESSION 3: FRIDAY March 2, 2018 / FINALS AND TIMED FINALS Warm-ups: 4:30 pm Session starts: 5:30 pm Session ends: 8:23 pm There will be a 10 minute break after event #20. There will be a 10 minute break after event #32. There will be a 5 minute break after event #40. NOTE: There was a typo in the meet information with regards to the event order in finals session 3. Event 17 and 18 are listed as the 200 Free but should be the 100 Breast (Per the order of the prelims session). SUNDAY MARCH 4, 2018 SESSION 6: SUNDAY March 4, 2018 / PRELIMS AND TIMED FINALS: Warm-ups: 6:50 am Session starts: 8:00 am Session ends approx.: 12:32 pm 11-12 400 IM MUST POSITIVELY CHECK-IN BY 7:15 AM 13-14 1650 FREE MUST POSITIVELY CHECK-IN BY 7:15 AM ALL RELAYS MUST POSITIVELY CHECK-IN BY 7:15 AM Per the Meet Notice: The 13-14 1650 Free will be conducted as Timed Finals with the fastest seeded heat (8 swimmers), after positive check, in swimming with finals in event order. The remaining heats will be conducted during the prelims session. Per the Meet Notice: The 13-14 and 11-12 age groups will have an A and B finals (Top 16 swimmers from the prelim results) for the prelim /final events. The 10 & Under age group will have an A Final (Top 8 swimmers from the prelim results) for the prelim/final events.
