Dear Principal, Established in 1962, Vivek Education Society has evolved as an educational institution of repute in the western suburbs of the city of Mumbai. The Society and the educational institutions run by it have completed 52 years of serving the noble cause of providing quality and affordable education and are celebrating its Golden Jubilee year. This is a significant milestone in its history. The Vivek Vidyalaya initially catered to the needs of south Indians has over the years acquired a cosmopolitan character. The Higher Secondary section was started in 1977 and the Degree College, Vivek College of Commerce started in the year 1986, which is affiliated to University of Mumbai. At present, vivek caters about 7000 students from K.G to P.G. Second date for accepting entries is 22 nd November 2013. 3. Every participant should carry the school identity card. 4. Except performing arts and skit, all the participants will come in their school uniform. 5. Teacher In-charge should accompany the participants. 6. Misbehaving participants will be disqualified from the event. 7. Judges decision will be final. 8. Participants should report at least half an hour before the scheduled time of the competition. 9. Performing Arts events will be held on the Stage. 10. All other events will be held on the 3 rd floor. 11. Every participant will get a participation certificate. 12. In every event, First and Second prize trophies will be given along with a certificate and consolation Prizes. 13. Overall Best School trophy will be given on the basis of point tally. 14. 1 st Place -10 points. 15. 2 nd Place -5 points. 16. Consolation- 3 points. 17.
