COMPETITION INFORMATION RULES: Competition will be held under FINA Rules. 2017-2021 MUSIC: EVENTS & PROGRAM: PARTICIPATION: JUDGES & PRACTICE JUDGES: DRAW AWARDS: CDs must contain only one routine per CD. CD must be individually labeled with name of the Routine, name of the Federation and the title & the length of music. - Solo, Duet, Mixed Duet, Team and Free Combination, Highlight. All events consist of a final only. - The events in Solo, Duet, Mixed Duet and Team will be composed of Technical routines and Free routines. Free Combination and Highlight event is composed of Free routines. - Solo, Duet, Mixed Duet and Team: TR100 points + FR100 points Free Combination: 100 points, Highlight 100 points FINA Member National FederationTeams and Uzbekistan local Clubs. Each Federation may participate in 2 Solo, 2 Duet, 1 Mixed Duet, 1 Team and 1 Free Combination, 1 Highlight. Each Federation may send a 2 (two) FINA Judge List judges and a practice judge at its own expenses. SCORING: Scoring for the free routines will be according to the FINA Rule 2017-2021 DOPING CONTROL: The draw for the Technical routines and Free Combination will be conducted at the Team Leaders meeting. The draw for the Free routine will take place after the Technical routine and will see the routines divided into groups of six based on the results of Technical routines. There will be TWO (2) qualifications: for National Teams and Local Clubs. 1 st 3 rd place of each event shall be awarded respectively, including reserves in all events. National Federations must participate in a minimum of four (4) competitions to be eligible for prize money in each of the categories. Different combinations of athlete participations are possible as long as the minimum number of events are completed: For example: countries may obtain points for the solo prize money by competing in three (3) solo tech events and one (1) solo free event with different athletes in four different competitions. In the team category, any combination of four possible events (Team Free, Team Tech, Team Combination or Highlight Routine would be valid as long as the National Federation competed in four team events at four different competitions. Tie situation In case of a tie for any prize money position, the prize money corresponding to the number of placings tied will be divided in equal parts to the countries affected. 12 WELCOME TO TASHKENT The Tashkent city is one of the oldest cities in the Central Asia: the history of the city is more than 2000 years old. From the old Tashkent there are very few historical buildings, mosques and mausoleums. Alongside the "old city", which was formed in the 10th - 11th centuries, the "new city" began to grow from year to year with a regular European planning, built according to all the rules of the town-planning art of that time.
