Registration for the upcoming dance year has begun. Session 1 will begin on Tuesday, September 11, 2018. Please review the enclosed fall schedule and register promptly to ensure enrollment in the class of your choice, as class sizes are limited and fill fast. Dance Apparel Shanon s Dance Academy sells dance shoes, tights, leotards, dance bags and other dance apparel. For your convenience, we are now taking orders for all these items so your dancer will have them on his/her first day of class. Please refer to the attached order form for information on shoes, leotards, tights and dance bags. Please email or call if you are interested in other dance clothes such as jackets, hoodies, shirts, shorts and pants. All girls are required to have their hair in a ponytail or bun, wear a black leotard, pink tights, pink leather ballet shoes and black tap shoes. Dancers taking jazz will need black slip on jazz shoes and lyrical dancers may need tan slip on jazz shoes. Please see attached order form for shoes required for each age group. Boys should wear black shorts or pants, a white t-shirt, black ballet, tap and jazz shoes. Siblings only, no exceptions! - In the event of severe winter weather, please call the studio voicemail after 2pm to find out if afternoon classes will be held. For Saturday classes, please call the studio voicemail after 8:30am to find out if classes are cancelled. We do not follow school closings. Recital Information The annual recital will be held in June 2019. Participation in the recital is encouraged but is not mandatory. Detailed recital information will be distributed in October.

Shanon s Dance Academy Leotards, Dance Bags, Tights & Shoes We are now taking orders for leotards, tights, dance bags, dance shoes and Shanon s Dance Academy apparel. You are not required to purchase these items through Shanon s Dance Academy, but they are available for your convenience.
