If you knock a Barrel or a Pole in the Barrel Race or Pole Bending class a 5 second penalty will be added to your time for each knock down. 9. In jackpot and head to head classes a knock down will result in a NO TIME 10. If you miss the flag that is a NO TIME 11. Team Relay Race baton pass must take place between two end poles INSIDE timer line. If you cross the timer line it is at NO TIME. 12. No person under the age of 18 permitted to show a stallion in any class. 13. Unsportsmanlike conduct, excessive spurring, whipping will not be tolerated and will result in disqualification. NO REFUNDS. 14. All riders must wear appropriate show attire. English or Western Shirts buttoned up, tucked in with short or long sleeves, boots with a heel, approved helmet with harness or cowboy hat. 15. Riders 18 and under as of January 1st must wear an approved helmet when mounted. Riders 18 and over are strongly recommended to wear helmets. 16. All riders must have proof of liability insurance 17. Junior/Leadline Rider 8 years of age or under as of January 1st current year 18. Pee Wee under Rider must be 13 year of age or under as of January 1st current year. 19.
