If the exhibitor provided color codes (even when not required by the schedule), please include them in this report. If you are unable to fill in this report form electronically, print it on paper and use a black ink pen to insure good copying if you are handwriting this report. The best application to use for filling in this form is the free Reader application by Adobe. The current version of Reader at the revision date of this form is version 11, but older versions may work.
