Terms and Conditions 1. A minimum of 8 people are considered a group booking. 2. When you make a booking with us you will receive an event form showing exactly what has been held for you, please check this carefully and make sure that everything is as agreed. If you have any amendments or changes then please let us know as soon as possible. 3. All bookings are provisional until a non refundable deposit of 5.00 per person has been paid. The deposit should be paid either at the time of booking or within a maximum of 10 days after booking. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if a deposit has not been received. We take debit/credit cards over the telephone, or you can send a cheque made payable to Chichester Golf Club/Hill Barn Golf Club or Horton Park Golf Club. 4. Final numbers and menu choices must be confirmed 7 days prior to your event date. You will receive a final email confirmation from us and after this time we regret that no allowance for reduction of confirmed numbers will be made thereafter so do ensure that this is your definite number. 5. Please report to the Pro Shop when you arrive. We can check the number of people playing, issue you with scorecards and any buggies, nearest pin/longest drive markers that may have been arranged as well as taking the payment balance. We will ask all your members to sign in with us on the day by providing their name and a contact number. This is for safety reasons so that we know who is playing the course on the day. 6. Accounts are to be settled in the Pro Shop before your first tee time on the day. 7. There will be no refunds for inclement weather unless the course is unplayable. 8. No other offers can be used in conjunction with a Group Package. 9. Bookings made within the Christmas Period (26 th December 3 rd January), require FULL payment up front 10. If you wish to pre book 5 or more buggies, we require a non refundable deposit of 10 per buggy no later than 2 weeks prior to your event date. Please note that buggies are only allowed subject to course conditions on the day. 11. During the winter months, Hill Barn Club has a policy of requiring all electric trolleys to be fitted with winter wheels. This is to protect the course and will be strictly enforced. Please make sure that if you are playing during the winter that your group is aware of this. We do have a limited number of electric trolleys as well as pull trolleys available to hire. If you would like to hire an electric trolley we would recommend that you reserve one in advance. 12. Please ensure that you adhere to your specified tee times and avoid slow play as there are other golfers on the course. 13. No Texas Scramble Competitions are allowed

Our friendly Clubhouse offers charming and comfortable surroundings with full facilities to cater for golf groups. You won t ever have to beg to get a cup of tea or coffee, beer or food. It won t be the Chef s day off and you didn t miss the 45 minute window of opportunity for a round of toast! We can provide anything from a freshly prepared home cooked three course meal to a buffet or just a platter of sandwiches. Equipment Hire Buggies are available for hire subject to course conditions along with manual and electric trolleys, shoes & clubs. Our professional Event Management Staff take care of all the details Our staff members are experienced in the art of hospitality and are here to help you with every aspect of your event. We offer complete event packages that leave nothing to chance; or you can create your own personalised one. We have plans and packages to fit most budgets. Best of all there are no restrictions on the type of event you can play, foursomes, better ball, whatever..
