Please make cheque payable to Asian Community Games. No entries accepted on the day of the meet. Late entries fees: add $5 per event based on rates above. Registration: The registration form can be used for all entries. Also, instructions for using Hy-Tek Meet Entry can be found on the Athletics Ontario web site (www.athleticsontario.ca). Improperly completed forms will be returned and if subsequently accepted, will be subject to late fees. Entry fees paid using MasterCard or VISA can be emailed and MUST accompany the entry forms. Entry fees paid using a cheque can be submitted at the Registration Desk. Number of participants is limited and will be first come first served. Late registrations will be put on a waiting list. Confirmation for registration will be sent to the participants by e-mail or mail. Therefore, follow the instructions below to the new location. Follow Highway 401 to Highway 400 North. Follow Highway 400 North and (take) the Steeles Avenue exit. Go East (left) on Steeles, past Jane St and the University s Northwest Gate Rd to the next set of lights. Turn right on Founders Road Immediate first left entrance to parking lot. Follow the pathway to the main doors of the Track Centre. (located to the west of this parking lot by walking along Ian MacDonald Blvd)
