the compact professional blowing machine standard option the Minifant M99 is a compact yet powerful insulation blowing machine. the M99 is suitable for many insulation materials and a range of applications including open blowing, dry injection and damp spray. Advantages at a glance: Excellent air and material power Radio remote control included as standard can be used with many products and for a large number of applications Highly mobile Easy-to-handle ideal for cavity wall insulation and damp spray applications suction and cleaning possible in conjunction with suction drum Mode of operation sacks of material are pushed into the hopper. specially formed shredder arms break up the material into small pieces, and fully condition it. the position of the airlock feed gate determines the amount of material entering the airlock chambers. When each airlock chamber reaches the lowest position, the insulation material in the chamber is conveyed to the airlock outlet by the air flow, and then accelerated in the hose. Machine hopper the hopper has a volume of approx. 200 l / or 1-2 sacks of comercially available insulation materials. For transport and repair the hopper top piece can be easily removed by releasing the three clamp locks. Power supply the machine runs off a single-phase mains supply. For special applications, or when used with a 10 a power supply, one of the blowers can be switched off. Mains voltage display the Minifant M99 can optionally be equipped with an led display. With it, fluctuating or weak voltage supply can be quickly and easily identified.
Minifant M99 Settings diagram the required material and air volume setting for each application can be easily determined using the settings diagram. Rotational speed control With the Ds-series, the rotational speed (n) of the airlock and stirring unit arm drive can be controlled with a potentiometer (n: 28-52 revolutions/min). this offers the advantage of a more precise material volume control with cavity wall insulation, damp spray, and other applications. Fresh air supply a suction drum can be connected using the opening on the suction hood, enabling cleaning and material suction (see previous page, cleaning). the integrated filter protects the two blowers in the machine from dirt and foreign particles. it is also possible to supply the machine with fresh air from outside of the working area using a hose. Mobility change of location no problem! With its light body and tough wheels, the Minifant M99 can be easily moved on uneven surfaces commonly found on building sites. FM-Technology Bidirectional radio Machine control the M99 features as standard a bidirectional, 4-channel, long range radio remote control, enabling even greater working efficiency. the hand-held control unit offers many functions, e.g. keypad-lock, follow-up air, toggle (= pulsed material feed). Radio receiver Remote control Electronic control unit the control unit contains modern, high quality, standard components from reputable manufacturers. the operating and signal elements are clear laid out and user-friendly. Agitator compacted fibre material is broken up into increasingly small pieces by specially shaped shredder shafts and fully conditioned. the fibre material is therefore used to its full potential. Airlock feed gate the material flow volume can be set using the 17 adjustable positions of the airlock feed gate. the position of the feed gate is set manually.

All of the important machine settings for the insulation blowing process can be controlled with the remote control. Material input and air power can be adjusted according to the task. Overpressure is reported with optical and acoustic signal. Depending on the task, dynamic pressure control and automatic deactivation can be employed. The FFB2000-Pro is compa tible with our M99-DS-Pro, M95, EM300, EM400/440 and EM500 insulation blowing machines. It can also be customized for machines from other manufacturers. The remote control is preset to work with our insulation blowing machines. However the machine type can be easily changed in the parameter mode. Transmitter and receiver unit interchange digital signals with bidirectional radio technology. That means signal validations are interchanged and so assures interference-free operation. The receiver only acts upon orders which have been validated. The remote will not send new orders until validation is received. Four radio channels give the opportunity to have parallel operation of several machines. They also give alternatives on building sites with multiple interference sources (cranes or concrete pumps). In the case of flat batteries or interference, the remote can be connected with a cable to control the machine.
