NEENAH HIGH SCHOOL April 26, 2017 Daily Student Announcements GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS: PARKING PERMITS 2017-2018: Juniors and Seniors, Parking Permit Applications are available in the Conant Office. Completed applications are Due on or before May 1, 2017. No late applications will be considered for any circumstances. Please see Mrs. McKerchie in the Conant Office. ECO CLUB: Sno-Cones for SALE, Friday after school, by the Main Office. 75 cents! PROM GUEST PASSES: Prom 2017 will be held on Saturday, May 6th! If you are bringing a guest from another school to prom, you must have a guest pass. Pick up the application in the Activities Office, and be sure it is completed and turned back in by May 3, 2017. D.A.R.E: LAST CALL for anyone interested in being a D.A.R.E. Role Model If you would you like to have a positive impact on younger students and feel like you can make a difference in a young person's life, then you are in luck! We are still taking applications for this year's D.A.R.E. Role Model Program at Clayton Elementary Program in May. Stop in the Counseling Center and pick up an application today! Hurry, because the deadline for applications are this Friday! NEENAH HIGH DANCE TEAM: AUDITIONS will be held Sunday April 30 th from 10-2 in the Fieldhouse. These are closed auditions (no parents). Please bring a lunch with you. 10-11:30 Participants will learn routines 11:30-12:30 Break for lunch/practice time 12:30-2 Tryouts Participants must attend the entirety of the audition to tryout. They will perform the learned routine and kick series in groups for a panel of judges scoring on timing, execution, and overall presentation (smile!). They will then be asked to singly perform a Russian (split jump), a jump of their choice, and to execute as many pirouettes as they are able.

JUNIOR and SENIOR Royal Court: Nomination forms are now in Schoology. They can be found in the Junior and Senior pages. Any questions about the form, please contact Ms. Israel or Mrs. Weber. Nominations are DUE by Friday, April 28th. NHS MINI JOB FAIR: Thursday April 27th 11:45am - 2:30pm, Outside the Cafeteria. Are you interesting in becoming a Pilot or in Aircraft Avionics? Fox Valley Technical College is having their 10th Annual French Toast Fly-In, Saturday, April 29th at the S.J. Spanbauer Center 3601 S. Oregon Street, Oshkosh Airport identifier: KOSH No registration is required but the Cost for breakfast is $5.00 per person. Stop by between 8:00 a.m. and Noon. Explore the Hangers and Labs. Visit with instructors Try out the Full-Motion Redbird Flight Simulators www.fvtc.edu/flyin GIRLS GOLF: There will be a sign up meeting for all high school girls who are interested in going out for the Neenah High School Girls Golf Team. The meeting will be held at Neenah High School on Wednesday, May 17th in room 300 at 6:00 pm. Use the Pickard Auditorium Entrance which is door 4, and it s the first room to the right. Please try to attend this important meeting to get all the information on the upcoming fall golf season. If you can t attend, please contact Coach Lardinois for the information. DRIVERS ED: NEENAH HIGH SCHOOL Driver's Education classroom instruction still has openings in our July session which runs from July 10 - July 28, Monday - Friday, 2 hours per day. Cost is $30.00.
