Carnival Game So this year we have decided to try something different. Instead of asking everyone to make a centerpiece we would like to ask you to make a carnival style mini table top game. I just want you all to know this is not required. Some chapters may only have one or two members that will attend and we don t want to discourage anyone from attending because they don t want to make a game. The games do not need to be overcomplicated in fact it would be better if they were simple and they should be meant to be played on the top of a table. We are planning to set up the games and so everyone that wants to play can. The goal is to have members from various chapters intermingal and get to know each other. Small prizes wll be supplied for all games to be given away. Game Guidelines 1. Games should be no more than 2 feet by 2 feet and be designed to be played on a table top. 2. If your chapter decides to make a game please let us know so we can have enough space prepared. There will be a place on your registration form to make a note. 3. You wll need a barker to hand out equipment and explain the rules. Each chapter will be responsible for running their game and awarding their prizes. So I do suggest to keep it simple. 4. The game should state somewhere on it your chapter name and number for easy identification. You will see some examples below of simple games you could do. A prize for the most liked game will be given away. The voting will be done by the leader or leaders representative of every chapter. Each chapter will get one vote. Chapters will not be able to vote for themselves to ensure fairness. I would stay away from involving water. So if you like the golf tee and ping pong ball game I would suggest using a little nerf dart gun instead. Remember simple easy and cheap. So raid you kids or grand kids toy chests to make the best most fun game you can. Games could be hand made or purchased. Oriental trading has some great ideas. I hope many of you participate.

There will be a promo table with items to purchase as well as some Rally theme charms and pinettes. Chapters are asked to donate one or two baskets for the basket raffle. Please contact: Jackie Lake jlake7@hvc.rr.com Or (845) 784-4759 with the number and theme of the basket being donated. We will have a 50/50. (Run by 1199, Newburgh) We are asking that all chapters provide name tags for those attending Rally in your chapter. Please send Recognition and contest registration forms to the contact person listed on each sheet. DEADLINE FOR EVENT REGISTRATIONS: Saturday, September 9 th, 2017.
