We have been told there will be 9 resolutions presented. We will attend the caucus, consider the information provided to us and vote for what will be best for our club, the district, the state and Lions Club International. This coming Monday night all club members in good standing will have the opportunity to cast their vote for the proposed playground project. As this Lions year winds down be sure to RSVP for our installation dinner. Member meals are covered in their dues. Please be prepared to pay for your guest. Before you know it, it will be time to plan our budget meeting and prepare for the Lake County Fair, Gurnee Days and our Pig Roast. So bring your calendars to the next few meetings. With time planning and preparation we can do amazing things!! WE SERVE!! Looking forward to seeing all of you Monday evening! The goal is to enrich the lives of these people by providing opportunities for social, physical, mental and creative activities. They provide activities during the day which gives their full time caregivers a much needed break. Twice a year, the Gagewood Lions have been providing a special lunch for all those involved. They look forward to a hot lunch and social hour. Thanks to Lions, Carroll, Pat and Linda for organizing the lunch. Thanks to Lion Harold too for setting up tables!
