Exhibitors to wear clean, modest, suitable clothing whilst competing. No Stud advertising in the ring. 11. Foals on the grounds must be on a lead all day. They may accompany their dams into the led ring. Broodmares without foals at foot must carry current season foal & vet certificate. All exhibits must be under full control and secure at all times. Stewards reserve the right to remove from the ring any person not considered being in complete control of their exhibit or behaving offensively. 12. Protests MUST be lodged with the committee in writing, signed & dated with $100 protest fee (refundable if protest upheld) within 15 minutes of the event.
