Welcome Gentlemen, Conway Country Club invites you to join us for the 62 nd Annual Harley O. Weatherly Golf Tournament. Our premier event for 2017 kicks off Tuesday, May 23 rd and final rounds will be played on Sunday, May 28 th. We look forward to having you again this year for the Harley O. Weatherly. The entry process and player priority will continue as in previous years so please take time to read over the deadlines and tournament entry process on the entry form. Calcutta Rules Live auction for Championship - 2nd Flights, silent auction for 3rd - 5th Flights. All bidders must make payment in full at the end of the Calcutta or before. Cash or check will be accepted. NO CREDIT CARDS. Players in each flight will be listed and auctioned in random order. There is no ranking. Although not mandatory, it is expected to accommodate a team wanting to purchase half or less of themselves from the winning bidder. (Those not cooperating will be placed on the do not call list for next year). This should occur before first round of play! After each flight is auctioned, we will post the pairings for that flight. At that time, you will see who your first match will be played against. Winners of the Calcutta for each flight are determined by Sunday s round only. Payouts are as follows: 1st 55%, 2nd 30%, 3rd 15%.
Entry Info All fields on entry form must be filled out completely or the entry is void. (This includes all fields: email, phone etc.) If you don t have a CCC member number, mark N/A in that field. All teams with a CCC member will be accepted upon receipt of a complete entry form. All teams without a CCC member will be accepted when payment is received. All teams with a CCC member may pay by cash or check when delivering entry form. If no payment accompanies entry form, then entry fee will be charged to your CCC account. If both team participants are CCC members, then your entry fees will be split and charged to each member s CCC account. If you have a non-member on your team, the entire team entry will be billed to your CCC account. You will be responsible for collecting entry fee from your playing partner. Priority for entry is as follows: 1) All golfing level members of CCC in good standing who played the previous year. Priority deadline ends April 9. 2) All golfing level members of CCC in good standing who did not play the previous year. Priority deadline ends April 9. 3) All non members that played the previous year. Priority deadline ends April 23. 4) All open entries. Final deadline May 7.
