Good Morning Narwhals! MC Announcements Today is Thursday, September 06, 2018 and it is A Day on your schedule. #1 This year s summer trip is to Seattle and the Pacific NW. Some adventures include; white water rafting in Leavenworth, snowshoeing on the top of Mount Rainier, and kayaking in the San Juan Islands. Educational highlights include; a visit to the tidal pools of Olympic National Forest and a visit to the Future of Flight Aviation center. Students will also learn about local endemic habitats while serving with a conservation program. Interested? Pick up a flyer in the library. #2 Are you a natural born leader? A group of female STEM Academy students organize the club, run cool experiments and facilitate awesome scientific investigations and activities all while you get to make new friends and learn in a creative, hands-on way.
The Fall session of the Scientista Club will meet every TUESDAY from 3:30-4:30 starting September 11th through November 13th. Please pick up a permission form and sign up in Mrs. Young s room B264.
