MFL FOUNDER Richard Myles In 1993, Myles founded the MFL to serve youth in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. NFL veteran and Arizona State Alumni, sociology major. Uses professional and academic experience to develop and implement drug prevention, violence reduction and conflict resolution programs for youth ages 8 to 18. Volunteer of children s programs. Sponsored and coached Special Olympics teams. Former Director for the State of Maryland Parks and Planning, overseeing programs in various recreational youth centers.
