Some reminder points for all Club Uniform. As part of the gear check rules all members MUST be in acceptable club uniform. Awards will now be held towards the end of the financial year instead of at our Christmas rally. The date and venue is still to be announced. BUT the DC team is watching at every rally so if you see me sneaking around make sure to put those heels down, look ahead and give me a big smile! Please make sure you listen to any adult who may be asking you to walk in certain areas, or any other instruction they may have. It will usually be for safety reasons. Our senior riders from the Whales and Sharks will be running another exciting Christmas rally for everyone. The theme will be Superheroes, this may be a from a movie or cartoon, or may be your own personal Super Hero Our talented Senior riders are still ironing out the finer points of the rally, but it will be a team based rally with lots of exciting events for all. Updates via our Facebook page and email to follow Musical Ride & Flat Teams 2016 We are very eager to see our club well represented at the Zone Musical Ride and Flat Teams event in 2016. We hosted a brief meeting at our September rally to gain early expressions of interest and we will also be assessing riders at the November rally for suitability and team selection. Some of the flat sessions at this rally will also include working in pairs and teams of 4. If you are unsure about what is involved in these events, please chat to myself or Amanda Wilson or email any of the DC team. Team events are loads of fun and riders of any age or grade can participate in the musical ride, but we will be asking riders to be able commit to practise sessions, in addition to assistance and training provided at rallies. This is a wonderful opportunity for all riders to represent SPC at Zone level and possibly progress to a State level event.
