Monday December 11 Cast A 4:30-9:00 pm Load-in at theatre Volunteers needed 4:15 CALL 4:30-5:30 Warm up class Required: Company 5:00 CALL for Act I: Party Scene 5:30 CALL for Act I: Battle Scene 5:30-6:00 Practice scene change Battle to Snow Party Scene & Mice who do scene changes Clara, Big Mice, Mice who do scene changes, Soldiers in castle, Party Men 7:30 CALL for Act II Act II children & Herald 6:00-10:00 Staging Rehearsal : Full Run Through Cast A In Costume, Hair, & Makeup *This rehearsal will be a stop & go rehearsal. When we get to Act II, we will stage Opening, Mother Ginger, Finale, Bows. Then children will be excused & we will continue staging variations Remember to sign in and sign out with Dressing Room Monitor **Dancers may leave as soon as their dancing roles have been staged & Jan Hurst or our Stage Manager has excused their groups. Jan will do her best to see that no one waits in the theater needlessly.

General Notes: CALL Board A bulletin board located inside the Backstage door with our up to date Nutcracker information. Please check this board /information center every time you enter and leave the theater. You are responsible for all information posted there. CALL; Sign-in when you arrive at the theater CALL is the time dancers are expected to be present in the theater, signed in with the Backstage Monitor at the Dressing Room entrance. Any dancer not signed in by the appropriate CALL time will be phoned, and their understudy may be asked to perform. School Performances All dancers are required to stay in the theater between Act I and Act II performances. Bring food, drink, quiet games, and perhaps a pillow and blanket. Public Performances Dancers may stay in the theater between performances; chaperones will be provided. Bring food, drink, quiet games and perhaps a pillow and blanket. We encourage all dancers to make the time to view their performance from the previous night so they can see themselves onstage and better perfect their dancing roles. Video will be played in the dressing room. Photos Troy Wayrynen will take action photos during dress rehearsal for both casts. These photos will be available for purchase (pre-pay to CD).
