Email List in the Booth o Provide info about pick-up league with hockey finder; how to register, post for a team, etc. A Division Meeting the Winnie Brote End of the Year Tournament Morgan and Wright met with Winny Brodt to discuss Options for the Reformatting of the A Divsion Create and Elite A Organized Pick-Up League with one ref o There will be a try-out process and only 35-40 players will make-it o There will be an A and B Team o $10 a game or $150 for the entire year o Jonnie Bloemers can be the coordinator. B1 Managers Concern: A players due to age 30 rule would register at B1 for primary and play A2 most of their games o Change drop-down age from 30 to 35-grandfather players that already moved-down Meeting with the rest of the A Division-Morgan and Wright July 15 th deadline for details to be finalized Confirmed reimbursements with apparel, awards (t-shirts), etc. Booked the ice for March 11 th -15 th, 2015! Development 2014 Development Cancelled 301 Advanced and Utilized the Ice for Goalie Clinic o Goalie and Goalie Advanced will split ice; Kim Hamlin will coach and will recruit others to assist with coaching There will be 1 coach to 4 goalies split between beginner and advanced an email was sent out to sub goalie pool Need to compare registered earned versus budget $115 vs. $120 is due to the added dry-land Registered numbers so far: o 101: 22-Julie will help and bring all the jerseys; give away items; 35 backpack and trinket o 101A:31
Hockey Finder Pick-Up D1 Referee Meeting o 201:13 ($3,000 short; email Julie names for 201 and 201A, so she can help recruit more) o 201A-15 o 301-10 In order to break even 24 players must register per session An email blast will be sent to members to get numbers o copy the blurb from the website o managers/commissioners follow-up with players Julie Hockeness will send Sandi Wewerka the emails of women that attended the Try-Hockey event 401: Registration will be Open in June for the Clinic to run Mid-August through October 13 th. o Cathy and Robin are running 401, again. Gina Wright will send a list of equipment WHAM currently has, how much it s selling for, and when it needs to be sold by out to members Plan for next Years Development Have the Development Clinic s Ice Time Booked and Ready by the End of the Year Tournament o Have a Development Booth on Display for members to sign-up in person The Board has decided to hand out the remaining Jerseys to 101 players, and starting next year players will purchase a jersey as part of their registration fee.
