For example: Spring U15 coed Nazareth #1. Remove players from the old team and add to the new Spring fee sheet is on the website o Full Notes Blue Mountain meeting March 2.docx Proposed 2017 Fall Referee Fee Increase o Attached are the referees fees for the 2016 season (2 man system) and the proposed 2017 fees Based upon a 3 man system and an increase to fees to bring them in line with current EPYSA fees There is no change for U9 or U11. o Based upon the number of teams for 2016, A division fees would increase by $10,840 and the B division by $2,240, for a total increase to the clubs of $13,080 o The attached file has the detail of the increase by club for the A division only BMYSL Proposed Fee Inc by Club.xlsx Trainers: o Start is earlier (2 weeks before the start of the season) then run for 4 weeks into the season o Motion to approve modified budget Demarco o Motion second by George o Motion passed with no NO s John DeMarco, VP: Micro Development League Coach and Player Development o Nominated Danny O Rourke for this position Danny is currently Assistant Coach for Rob at ESU o Position is essential for a good Micro program o Provides leadership and guidance for Micro Coaches o Leads Academy Program o Motioned by John DeMarco o Second by Ginny Patton All in Favor o Danny O Rourke is the new Micro Development League Coach and Player Development NSC o One of the last clubs to have travel tryouts o Travel programs phased out at U13 and above o Now we have to make decisions for U12 and some younger ages o Still Loosely affiliated with ENCO and Keystone o Would like to get info into the hands of both coaches to pass along to kids o LVU have VERY early tryouts o Situation: Decisions need to be made for the fall season by the end of April Affects U8-U12

Do we move up tryout dates to accommodate? Do we need tryouts to determine where players go? o Solution: Rob to help draft an email to coaches re: fall soccer, tryouts, and coaching travel teams Henchy and Demarco met up with Daniel O Rourke regarding the micro player and coach development o We will ask him to attend the March meeting and vote in Potentially host a meeting at Crossfit for the coaches with Daniel Brian Ransom, Secretary: Minutes Approved from February Not Present; notes provided Virginia Patton, Treasurer: Started month: $140,276.05 o More registrations than expected (~$16k) Ended the month: $155,811.27 Numbers: ~490 registered o Flyers in elementary schools likely helped 2016 Taxes were filed Still working on Sales Tax Exemption o President Signature Required Winter Training money provided Reviewed current financial Reviewed the proposed 2017 budget o Initial budget showed a $7500 shortfall o Modified with the following changes: Eliminated the Micro trainer as we have a new Micro Development Coordinator under a different line item Lowered lights to 7K Took $500 out of Garcia cup Melissa La Bar, Fields Director: 18 people volunteered to set up fields on Sat. Field Status: o Each field has a storage box with paint o Ziggy is lining Tuskes tomorrow o Craig & 4 others lining Upper ESSROC on Sat. o ESSROC is set up, needs to be lined (possibly already have a volunteer to line) o Lower Nazareth and Lower Lucas still need volunteers to line Practice schedule has gone out to all coaches

o A few challenges still being worked out Need to purchase nets and possibly corner flags Check was sent for Tuskes fields o Baseball fields won t be available in the fall Use Tuskes Softball fields instead Some teams practicing at Holy Cross o Goals out, but no lines ESSROC: o Need to remind parents about parking at ESSROC Lucas: o No walking on Upper Lucas o City will move goals to lower field o No work has started yet on Upper Lucas DeMarco: o Need to purchase 2 sets of goals/nets 4x6 sizes 2 pair Move to ESSROC if possible Field liability thing is straightened around We do not need each team to provide liability NSCLiabilityField Use.msg Upper Nazareth requesting a $100 refundable deposit for Tuskes o Agreed to pay we don t have much of a choice there Holy Cross has not responded Tuskes reserved for the Fall season already Field Set-up Day March 11-12 and March 18-19 2017 o ***Need a blast for this*** George Kline, Team Equipment: All Micro equipment and apparel is ordered o Expected delivery prior to March meeting o Will distribute to all coaches at that time 28 micro teams o 22 bags already made Classic o All equipment ordered o Teams and apparel still need to be sorted Inventory doubled since last meeting o Coaches need to take inventory of their players numbers o All numbers need to be determined by 3/20 Packets for Micro coaches will be made to help get them started and feel prepared NSC website also has a lot of resources available Completed the inventory effort and issues a summary of uniforms, equipment, and safety kits George will purchase safety kits for the teams.

Courtney are there any new sponsors? Micro teams to be completed by March 1 2017 Courtney Kole, Fund Raising and Special Events Need to Schedule Bishop Photo Spring Picnic (no Bethlehem Steel Tickets this year) o 1-day event on either May 20 or 21, Maybe coordinate time to coincide with Micro-soccer games/practice on Sat. Trying to schedule around end of school o Include games & activities, picture handouts o Still finalizing venues o Still need to set-up committees Not Present, notes provided NSC will NOT be purchasing Bethlehem Steel tickets this year o Money will be put towards a spring picnic o Tentatively looking at weekend of May 20th/21st at Bushkill Rec Fields/ Pavillion o We will be able to use the Foot Dart game as a fundraiser at the event through Jump Around LLC (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ka5wqsfoxcu) o Costs, details, etc to come by March meeting.
