The Parade will be held on Saturday, August 25, 2018, beginning at 9:30 a.m. Your entry application and release from liability forms are included with this cover letter. This is your chance to join with other community-minded businesses, clubs, and organizations in a harvest celebration that is unique to Loveland. The Old-Fashioned Corn Roast Festival is growing in activities and numbers of participants every year. Available entry spaces for the parade are limited by the total length of the parade (6,200 feet). Space is filled on a first come, first serve basis. Please note the deadline for submitting applications is 5:00 p.m. August 9th, 2018. Applicants are eligible for an early-bird discount of $10 off the normal entry price per entry if submitted by 5:00pm on June 29th. Applications received after August 9th, pending availability, will be charged a $50 late fee. You will receive a confirmation of your entry once application, proof of insurance, and payment have been received and processed. Staging and placement information will come at a later date. Be sure to read all the rules and regulations to assure your compliance with them and to prevent any last minute ineligibility and/or disqualifications. By working together, we can put on a great parade that reflects the wonderful community pride that exists in Loveland.
