Camp Carlon 2018 All campers are expected to have a copy of this on hand to avoid potential conflicts. Unfortunately we have lost the privilege of overnight parking behind the grocery store due to late night noise and garbage left behind. ALL campers must be at Carlon Park, lower lot. Upper lot parking is case-by-case, depending on activities at the high school. Please contact Kim BEFORE you park anywhere other than the lower lot at Carlon. Please do not call the school or city as the person you speak with may not know the specific arrangements for that weekend. Please make sure to clean up after yourself and respect quiet time of 10pm 7am Selah High School has granted us the privilege of overnight parking at the SHS lower parking lot, which adjoins Carlon Park. In exchange for this privilege, a $25 donation is requested. These funds will be used to support SHS student athletics and activities. Please bring check written to VIKING CREW, or cash in a sealed envelope, and bring your donation to tournament director in the office. Please help us preserve this privilege with a few guidelines: No Entry before 5:00pm Selah High School has many after school activities and they need their parking. Early entrants WILL BE asked to leave if you arrive before 5pm. **This has been abused in the past and challenges our privilege. PLEASE wait until 5:00** No Saving Spots... This creates chaos and leaves far too much wasted parking space. In order to maximize space, please Park Tight next to your neighbor. Parking should be around the perimeter of the lot ONLY, with perpendicular parking along the hill side. Regular parking spaces are for cars only. Set Up Camp in front of, or behind your RV. Please do not take any more space than your awning allows, and park tight to the awnings to maximize space. Standard school district guidelines apply: No Open Flames, No Drugs or Alcohol, Keep Dogs on leash and scoop the poop, Pack out your garbage and clean up your area. Should you have any questions, please contact: Kim Acacio / Tournament Director 509-731-0428 tournaments@gygsa.org
