ENTRY FEE INCLUDES: PUMA technical running top will be handed out to all at registration and if possible to wear for the race. Post race BBQ or Pasta or Salad and Beverage (hops or grape included) Custom made Finishers Medal Custom made bibs for you to keep as a memento. Electronic chip timing Downloadable certificate Live Results through Facebook & Website DJ at Race 2 and 3 Puma pop up store selling merchandise FOOD & BEVERAGE VOUCHERS These will be in your race packs and need to be handed in to the respective staff on duty when receiving your Food and beverage. NO VOUCHERS - NO FOOD AND BEVERAGE Supporters can order food off the a-la-carte menu available from the club.
RACE NIGHT PROGRAM Be registered at least 20-30 minutes before the start of the race. 18h30 - Registration and Warm Up 19h30-10km Race Starts 19h33-5km Race Starts 21h00 - All Races Finish 21h05 - Prize Giving, Lucky Draw, Food & Beverages BIB & CHIP COLLECTION This will take place on the evening of the race. Race numbers will be emailed out to all competitors and will be on show at registration on the night. Once you know your race number, proceed directly to the Bib and Chip collection desk and collect your respective matching Bib and Chip #. RACE RULES Keep to the left hand side of the road at all time - run in a clockwise direction. 10km = 2 laps of the course 5km = 1 lap of the course. You must have your run number visible on the front of your upper body or race clothing and keep it visible at all times when on the run course. Your upper body must be covered at all times on the run portion of the race. Shoes are compulsory. No form of locomotion other than running, walking or crawling is allowed.
TIMING CHIPS These will be included in your Race Pack and need to be worn at all times during the race. Once finished racing, chips will be collected from you or if need be, handed back by you if you did not complete the race. Chips to be worn on your RIGHT ankle with the chip number facing outward. Make sure the chip is fastened tightly so that it does not move or change position during the race. TIP: If the velcro strap is not long / tight enough, use a safety pin to adjust the length to keep the strap / chip in place and tight on your leg. RACE BIBS These will be included in your Race Pack and need to be worn at all times during the race. Bibs to be worn on your upper body with number facing outward. Safety pins will be available or bring your own race belt. Race belts will be on sale at registration on race night. Keep the bib as a memento after the race!

PRIZE GIVING 21h05 Full results will be on the Super Sports website as soon as possible at www.supersportsuae.com Medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places, per Age Group and Gender will be awarded per race. Trophies will be awarded to top 3 Overall respective distance winners.
