AUXILIARY SECRETARY S MESSAGE: I want to thank all of the hard working sisters and brothers of Aerie/Auxiliary 680 for a successful convention. I m sorry to say that due to illness I was unable to attend but I understand it was a great success. I did get to attend Thursday night and if that is any indication of how the rest of the weekend was, then it must have been fantastic. We have great people at 680 and the Aerie and Auxiliary work together like hand in glove. I AM SO PROUD TO BE A MEMBER!!! I am looking forward to attending the GRAND FOE Convention in Dallas Texas with our representative Anita Moore. Anita is a wonderful person and will represent the Auxiliary very well. If you haven t paid your dues by July 5, you will be dropped. Please do so by then and that means I have to have them in my hand so I can post by end of day. I am supposed to drop them by July 2 but they are giving us a few more days. The MMS system will drop on the 10 th if I do not do before. Because I will be leaving on the 7 th, I need to do that on the 5 th. We need your help in keeping up with the happenings of our members. If you know of a death in the family, illness or hospitalization, please notify me or the bar staff. ALSO if you change your address or phone number, please notify me so I can keep our MMS system updated. I have had to chase down correct addresses and phone numbers for some of you so please remember to keep me informed. AND ladies, If you get married I need that information also. Remember our military and our sick and shut-ins in your prayers. Let s continue to be People Helping People! Yours fraternally, Pauline H Reese Secretary 540-885-5519
