with emergency medical services during the Championship, should any medical intervention be necessary such as injury and / or illness that requires hospitalization, treatments, surgical interventions, and medications, the costs should be be assumed by the respective National Federation. Therefore, the participating National Federations or competitors, will exempt the Pan-American Jiujitsu Union and the Organizing Federation from any responsibility for any mishap that occurred during the training and / or competition. NOTE: Each National Federation must bring international medical insurance for each of the athletes of the delegation or accident insurance.
