B - A brigade which, in terms of SANS 10090: o Partially meets the operational and fire safety criteria. o Satisfies the weight and speed of response requirements of either a Category 2 or 3 service. C - A brigade which, in terms of SANS 10090: o Partially meets the operational and fire safety criteria. o Satisfies the weight and speed of response requirements of either a Category 4 or 5 service. D - A brigade which, in terms of SANS 10090, is unable to: o Partially meet the majority of the operational and fire safety criteria. o Satisfy the weight and speed of response requirements for a Category 5 service.
