Welcome, everyone to SHANDONI RANCH! Have a great show and Thank you for your attendance. RULES AND SPECIFICATIONS RULES: USEF and SAHJA guidelines will be followed. Decisions of the judges and management will be final. ENTRY FEES: All classes are $20.00 BILLING: There will be a $25.00 charge on all returned checks. PRIZES: Prizes to First, Ribbons to Sixth ATTIRE: Boots, approved helmets and britches are required. DOGS: All dogs must be leashed and controlled by a responsible person. CLASS SIZE: Management reserves the right to cancel or combine classes. A minimum of two entries, preferably three, will constitute a class. If entries warrant, large classes will be split. STABLING: Stalls, and/or pens are available the day before the show. Fee will be $35 for the day of the show, or $40 per stall if staying overnight. Please call ahead to reserve a stall or pen. (916) 991-5232. Feed must be provided by the exhibitor. One bag of shavings included. SCHOOLING: Exhibitors/Trainers may school the day before the show 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.. The fee will be $25.00 per horse. Riders must sign a release and pay the fee before schooling. NOTE: Riders may sign up for SAHJA at this show. Please ask for an application. MINI STIRRUP: Open to Jr/Am riders who have never shown over fences 2 or higher. SHORT STIRRUP: Open to riders 11 and under who have never shown over fences 3 0 or higher LONG STIRRUP: Open to riders 12 and over who have never shown over fences 3 0 or higher. PONY HUNTERS: Open to ponies 14.2 hands and under and ridden by a junior. ALMADEN FARMS JR/AM MEDAL: Fences, 2 9. Three riders must enter for the class to count. Any rider showing in classes with fences over 3 3 in height at this show may not show in the medal. Medal Finals will be held in July of 2018. After that date, qualified riders will be in the 2019 finals. SAHJA QUALIFYING MEDAL CLASSES: Riders need not be SAHJA members. Points are awarded based on numbers starting the class. Five points qualifies for the Finals. **Class 47 SHANDONI RANCH HUNTER DERBY A Handy Hunter Round at 2 6 (Open to horses and ponies and riders of all age groups.) A Special Ribbon and 50% of the daily entries for this class will be awarded to the winner of each classic. Rider and Horse Combination with the most points at the end of our Show Series will win an Embroidered Cooler and a $100 Cash Prize. Points 1st=7, 2nd=5, 3rd=4, 4th=3, 5th=2, 6th=1 **Class D. SANDI FERNANDEZ JUMPER CLASSIC 2 6-2 9 (Open to all horses and ponies and riders of all age groups). A beautiful Tray and Special Ribbon will be presented to the winner of each Classic. More than Horse Shows! BOARDING AT SHANDONI RANCH We offer outdoor boarding (1 to 3 horses) in our one acre pastures. or in the large 25 acre pasture with a few other horses. (Please take note of the appearance of all of the horses. They are fat and happy.) We raise Warm Bloods, TB and Hanoverian / Oldenburg or Dutch crosses. We have several young horses from 2 to 6 years of age. They are all very friendly and gentle.handled professionally from birth. Horses for sale will have a small sign on their pen with their name and information. Several Shandoni Ranch babies are in the show ring today.
