2 Seafood sales This applies to all own brand seafood and seafood containing products sold in store with the exception of pet food, health products and fish derivatives (i.e. fish sauce, prawn crackers.) To reiterate, the survey is applicable to chilled, frozen, value added and ambient (including tinned) fish as an ingredient (e.g. salads, sandwiches, ready meals and fish pies.) 2.1 Please fill in the attached pro formas with the details of the farms and fisheries that you source from 2.2 What percentage of the fisheries and farms you have listed in the pro forma (by number) are ranked by MCS as Fish to Eat or green rated (1 & 2 rating - www.fishonline.org)? 2.3 What percentage of the fisheries and farms you have listed in the pro forma (by number) are ranked by MCS as Fish to Avoid or red rated (5 rating - www.fishonline.org)? 2.4 What percentage of the fisheries and farms you have listed in the pro forma (by number) carry a consumer facing eco-label (e.g. MSC or Soil Association)?
