Dear Members, Time has arrived for yet another round of KCA's flagship event The Talent Scan, where we strive to give our children the chance to prove themselves. This is a unique event of KCA and our children have benefited a lot in the past by participating in various events. This year too we have entrusted the responsibility to Mr. Jose Francis and his team to conduct it in an exemplary manner. We urge all members of KCA to support and persuade their children to participate in at least 3 or 4 events. This requires active encouragement for children from their parents. This year we have added new events for all age groups. Three new special awards are also added such as Sangeetha Ratna, Kala Sahithya Ratna and Natya Rathna in addition to Group Championships and Kalathilakam and Kalaprathibha awards. As you may be aware, the conduct of Talent Scan in KCA is incurring a lot of expenses in terms of trophies and prizes and it is one of the highest expense heads over the whole year in our club. The registration fees collected from participants contributes only a fraction towards the expenses. However the Executive Committee will do everything possible irrespective of expenses to make sure that the event is conducted smoothly and the winners get due recognition that they will cherish all their life. In this respect, we are soliciting financial support from all members and especially from parents of children to contribute generously to a Talent Scan Fund that we are setting up this year. You may please use the below form to make your contributions and get receipt from the KCA office. Your generous support towards this noble cause is much appreciated. Let us look forward to yet another successful Talent Scan 2010 contests. Yours Sincerely Aruldas Thomas President, KCA KCA TALENT SCAN FUND CONTRIBUTOR'S NAME : AMOUNT : BD 5/- BD 10/- BD 20/- Any other amount MOBILE # DATE : : SIGNATURE :
