The use of a squeegee following each shower is recommended to eliminate water spots on the inside of the glass panels. An occasional wiping down with a mild detergent diluted in water is all that is needed to keep the panels and anodized aluminum parts looking new. CAUTION: TEMPERED GLASS CAN NOT BE CUT. 2

LOCATING BOTTOM "C" FRAME NOTE: The top and bottom "C" Frames are identified with a label. Bottom "C" Frame Legs installed on Base Ledge Front Each end " from wall Bottom "C" Frame Shower Base Place the bottom "C" frame on the shower base ledge as shown and locate each end of "C" frame " from wall. Mark the ledge with a soft pencil along the front edge of "C" frame and fasten with masking tape. 2 LOCATING AND MARKING WALL JAMB HOLE LOCATION Slots toward inside of shower Pencil Wall Jamb Wall Jamb Level Place one wall jamb down over end of "C" frame with slots in wall jamb toward the inside of the shower. With the "C" frame aligned with mark on ledge, use a level to plumb the wall jamb as shown and mark the 3 hole locations with a pencil. Repeat procedure at opposite side of unit with the other jamb. 3 DRILLING HOLES NOTE: Wear safety glasses Remove "C" frame and lightly center punch the 3 hole locations for each jamb. Drill all 6 holes with a 3 6" drill bit. After drilling, clean shower base ledge and insert plastic anchors in all 6 holes. Shower Base 4 CAULKING AND INSTALLING WALL JAMB Caulk Here # - x 2" Wall Jamb Front Leg Slots toward inside of shower Place the "C" Frame on shower base ledge. Apply a bead of caulk along the back side of the wall jamb toward the front leg. Place the wall jamb with slots toward inside of shower down over the "C" frame. Align the holes in the wall jamb with the holes in the wall. Secure the wall jamb with 3 # - x 2" screws. Repeat procedure for the other Bottom "C" Frame wall jamb. Shower Base 5
5 DETERMINING DIRECTION OF SWING About 23 4" About 23 4" Left Hand Pivot Right Hand Pivot 20 Degree Swing Determine whether the door will pivot on the right or left. Check to be sure that nothing will block the door as it swings open. 20 Degree Swing ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ILLUSTRATIONS ARE FOR RIGHT PIVOT INSTALLATIONS. LEFT PIVOT INSTALLATIONS WOULD BE OPPOSITE. 6 INSTALLING THE PIVOT SIDE FIXED PANEL Pivot Side NOTE: The panel without the magnet is the Pivot side. Wall Jamb From step 20 you have determined which side the door is to pivot. On the pivot side, place the pivot side fixed panel on the bottom "C" frame and slide into the wall jamb. Allow the panel to rest on the "C" frame. From inside the shower, secure to wall jamb and "C" frame with 5 # - x 3 " screws. # - x 3 " Repeat procedure with the strike (Magnet) side fixed panel. Bottom "C" Frame 6
7 INSTALLING TOP "C" FRAME, BUSHING AND PLUG Bushing Top "C" Frame From inside the shower, place the top "C" frame down over the fixed panels with the ends into the wall jambs. Align holes in "C" frame with holes in fixed panel frames. Secure with 4 # - x 3 " screws. If the top "C" frame holes do not align with the fixed panel holes, loosen the fixed panel screws, align the top "C" frame holes and tighten all screws. # - x 3 " Install a bushing into the pivot side of bottom "C" frame as shown. Install a plug on the opposite side of bottom "C" frame. Install a bushing into the pivot side of top "C" frame as shown.. Bushing Plug INSIDE OF SHOWER Pivot Side Strike Side INSTALLING BOTTOM PIVOT PIN " thick nylon washer Bottom Pivot Pin Insert the " thick nylon washer over long end of pivot pin and insert the short end of pivot pin into the bushing in the bottom "C" frame. INSTALLING VINYL SEAL INTO PIVOT SIDE FIXED PANEL Pivot Side Column Starting from bottom, push vinyl seal into the column grooves of pivot fixed panel as shown. Trim excess vinyl with sharp knife or scissors. Vinyl Seal Vinyl Seal INSTALLING DOOR PANEL Top Pivot Pin Bushing (Pivot Side) Side Frame Pivot Pin Cover (Pivot Side) Side Frame Pivot Hole (Pivot Side) Side Frame Bottom Pivot Pin " thick Washer Bushing Insert the top pivot pin through top "C" frame bushing and push the pivot pin cover part of the way onto the pin. Lift the door panel and insert pivot hole of door side frame over the bottom pivot pin. Align pivot hole of door side frame with the top pivot pin and cover and push the pin down into the pivot hole of door frame.
INSTALLING VINYL SEAL INTO BOTTOM FRAME OF DOOR PANEL Door Panel Bottom Frame Door Panel Bottom Frame (Front Side) Door Panel Bottom Frame Vinyl Seal Vinyl leg toward inside of shower Push vinyl seal into the bottom side of the bottom door frame as shown. Trim excess vinyl with sharp knife or scissors.. 2 FINAL DOOR ADJUSTMENT Close the door. If the door binds on the bottom "C" frame, remove the door and insert the 6" thick nylon washer over the long end of the bottom pivot pin and place on the " thick washer. Install door. 3 CAULKING Carefully run a bead of caulk around the outside of the door where the bottom "C" frame meets the receptor. Do not caulk on the inside of the shower door.
