Membership at Mount Coolum Golf Club Nestled at the foot of the spectacular landmark Mount Coolum, the Mt Coolum Golf Club offers its members a relatively flat 18-hole course with water in play on 12 holes, and an abundance of natural flora surrounding the scenic greens and fairways. The course design offers a good balance of holes for the casual golfer, as well as a challenge for the more serious golfers. Mount Coolum Golf Club prides itself on being one of the friendliest and most welcoming Clubs on the Sunshine Coast. With a friendly Club atmosphere and professional and courteous service from staff, you will feel right at home amongst friends. No matter if you are joining for the love of golf, for our widely regarded junior development program, or just for the social aspect, Mount Coolum Golf Club has a membership package to suit. All Membership packages include: Individual Membership Cards - to be shown to Pro Shop when booking onto a timesheet or registering or into a competition; and also shown to Clubhouse and Bar Staff for drink specials and accounts charges Full use of Clubhouse Facilities - including 2 full service bars, bistro, poker machines, showers and amenities, function room hire and conference facilities Members Discounts and Bonuses as a member, you can access discounted prices in the Bar and Bistro, as well as automatic entry in our Friday Night Members Draw Networking opportunities - Mount Coolum Golf Club is known as one of the friendliest and socially active clubs on the coast. Upon joining, you will be welcomed and invited to dozens of social events, competitions and themed dinners and functions throughout the year Corporate and Business Promotion The Club has many sponsorship packages and advertising opportunities for members and local businesses. Ranging from only $200 members can advertise and help grow their business while also supporting and helping their Club. Full Membership Full membership of the Club with no restrictions (as per the Club Management Manual) 40 Round Membership Implemented for those members who may not play every week, a 40 Round Membership offers many of the benefits of a full member at reduced rate. This Membership has a 40 Round restriction, however a reduced Green Fee can be paid for additional rounds above this. Perfect for FIFO workers, long term visitors to the area or even members who holiday frequently to the Coolum area, this membership includes a GA handicap and full playing rights (excluding winning honour board events). Intermediate Membership With the financial pressures of further education and entry level pay grades of young adolescents, our range of Intermediate memberships offer a sliding scale membership fee determined by age. This is an attractive incentive for junior golfers to progress into senior golfing membership. Pay As You Play Packaged for competition golfers who through work or other commitments cannot play week in/week out, the Pay As You Play (PAYP) membership offers a GA Handicap and affiliation rights for a heavily reduced membership fee. PAYP members then pay a reduced (50% off) Green Fee each time they play. There is no restriction to playing times (7 day membership, socially or competition) providing the applicable Green Fee and competition entry fee is paid each round. Ideally suited to FIFO workers or those players who would only play approximately 20-25 times per year. Social Playing Membership Social Playing membership offers social golfers a chance to experience Club membership without all the frills and privileges of competition golf. Social Playing members can play any day of the week during non-competition times, with no restrictions on the amount of rounds played. Social Playing members pay a reduced (50% off) Green Fee each time they play. Country Membership Country Members are those members who live greater than 100km from the Club. With a reduced rate (75%) of Full membership due to the distance and limited opportunity for playing time, Country Membership includes a GA handicap and full playing rights (excluding winning honour board events). Corporate Membership Corporate Membership offers opportunities for organisations to mix business with pleasure. It is often stated that one of the best places to do business is on the golf course, and Corporate Membership at Mount Coolum presents comprehensive golfing, business and promotional services for local, national and international organisations of any size. Juniors & Cadet Membership Junior (from ages 12 18) members have a GA handicap and are eligible to play in our Club competitions and also represent the Club at Pennant and District events. Cadet golfers are the stars of tomorrow. For ages from 8 12 years (depending on skill and ability) a cadet membership offers kids a pathway to Junior Golf through our Cadet Club program.

Joining Fee New Members joining the Club will need to pay a once off Joining/Nomination Fee of $600, or at the Fee advertised for each Membership package. Payment Facilities There are a number payment options available to pay your membership fees. These include cash, cheque or credit card payments, direct transfers into the Clubs bank account, or you can sign up to a direct debit agreement where the fees are debited quarterly from your account (only available for some Memberships).
