Marais des Cygnes 4-H Club Seal Application & Goal Report Year Linn & Miami Counties 4-H Club Leader Leader Club Seal Applications are due the second Monday in September.

4-H Club Seal Requirements Check items and give details if lines are provided, not all lines will always be used. Include items that happened this past 4-H year only, which is October 1 September 30 of the current year. Each item will only count as one unless otherwise specified. Section 1: Purple must meet all 4 requirements Blue must meet all 3 requirements Red must meet 2 requirements White must meet 1 requirement A. Present a Model Meeting or Gavel Games at County Club Days or E or F below. B. Have two or more representatives at each bi-monthly 4-H Council meeting. C. Hold at least 11 regular club meetings. D. Have a 4-H Parent s Committee (Club Advisory) E. Have a club meeting evaluated by an approved evaluator. F. Conduct an educational parliamentary procedure at nine meetings per year. Section 2 Optional Requirements: 1. Have 75% or more club members turn in Kansas Member Pin Applications. 2. Have your yearly program planned by a committee of youth and adults who take into consideration the needs and wants of the 4-H ers. (List names of committee members) 3. Have a majority of club officers attend 4-H Officer s Training. Mark an X for those officers who attended. Mark 2X if a Junior Officer was also present.
