WELCOME At Yarra Bend Golf we have the facilities to cater for a wide range of Corporate Functions with a fantastic setting that is ideal for entertaining your guests and impressing your clients. With our magnificent 18 hole golf course and state of the art driving range with world renowned coaches we have plenty of options for your day. The 5,409 metre, par 70 golf course is impeccably maintained and consists of 5 par 3 s, 10 par 4 s, and 3 par 5 s. Awards include 4 Austalian PGA Coach of the Year, 10 Victorian PGA Coach of the Year, 3 Golf Digest Australian Teacher of the Year. This Team has taken 5 juniors to the top 50 players in the world including U.S.Open winner Geoff Ogilvy. The group environment is an inexpensive and fun means of improving your golfing knowledge in a positive learning environment. Everybody can participate from first time beginners to experienced golfers and this can act as a great break out activity or part of a private function. We appreciate that different groups have individual requirements and preferences and we are happy to customise golf-related activities for you. A 45 minute clinic is $27.50 per person for groups sized between 4 8 people. You can choose to focus on full swing, short game, or putting. We have 4 coaches available for these special group clinics. 5

Additional Golf Day Ideas: Play with a Professional: Our PGA professional will travel around the course and assist players by offering tips on strategy and course management. This will give your guests something extra to take away from the day and save them a few shots. Charity Ideas: Add on some mini golf to appeal to the whole family and we can give you a great discount on pricing Hire our Pro for a Beat the Pro challenge where players can wager a small amount that their drive will land closer to the pin than the pros. Hire our Pro to be stationed at one of Yarra Bend s hardest holes and teams can hire the Pro to take their tee shot for them Entry fee into Longest Drive or Nearest to Pin competitions Fun photo props: Yarra Bend can supply golf themed photo props to add a fun and quirky addition to your event. Guests will love posing with these props, creating amusing memories and you will be surprised at how creative they can get! 7
Terms & Conditions Deposit: The deposit required to secure your booking depends on the proposed cost of the event as below. $0 - $500 = $100.00 $501 - $1500 = $250 $1501 - $3000 = $500 Exceeding $3001 = as negotiated by the event manager Bookings are held for 7 days. We reserve the right to cancel your tentative booking and reallocate the date to another client if the deposit is not paid within the 7 days. The deposit is non-refundable, however if you need to change your dates, we may be able to transfer the deposit to the new date. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, or EFT. Confirmation of Booking: Your booking is not considered confirmed until we have received your deposit and a signed copy of the terms and conditions. Final numbers: Final numbers are to be communicated 5 business days before your event and these numbers will represent the minimum amount you will be charged. Payment Schedule: Green fees, catering, and room hire costs are to be paid at least 5 days before your event and will be based on your final numbers. Any additional people, drinks, club and/or cart hire can be paid on the day of the event. 8
Cancellations: Any cancellations within 3 days of the event will incur the full catering fee and when applicable, the full green fees. No discounts or refunds will be given to weather condition cancellations unless the course is deemed unplayable by Yarra Bend Golf Course. Wet Weather Options: Yarra Bend Golf is an outdoor facility and limited undercover space is available. For groups above 40 50 people (depending on type of event set up) and in months March August, we would strongly recommend the hiring of a marquee. Otherwise the Heritage room is available to hire for $140.00 for up to 5 hours. Standard cancellation policy applies for all wet weather situations. Food and Beverage: Any Food and Beverage selections are to be made at least 7 days prior to the event. Liquor Licensing: We are licensed until 10pm. Extensions may be granted but will incur the application of extension fee. There is to be no alcohol on the golf course, mini golf course, and driving range. Alcoholic drinks are to only be consumed in nominated licensed areas. Non Smoking: The Heritage Room is a non-smoking room. Damage: The client is financially responsible for any damage to YBGC property incurred during the event. Yarra Bend will take all necessary care but will not accept responsibility for damage or loss of any possessions left on the Yarra Bend Golf Course premises before, during or after an event. Dress Regulations: Yarra Bend Golf Course has a relaxed dress standard. Denim and thongs (flip flops) are not permitted on the Golf Course and Driving Range. Smart casual dress is encouraged. 9
