Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of starting the Hole Cutter accidentally. Store this product out of the reach of children and do not allow persons unfamiliar with it, or these instructions, to operate. This product can be dangerous in the hands of untrained users. Maintain the Hole Cutter. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, breakage of parts and any other condition that may affect the product s operation. If damaged, have it repaired before use. Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained tools. Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly maintained cutting tools with sharp cutting edges are less likely to bind and are easier to control. Use the Hole Cutter, accessories and tool bits etc., in accordance with these instructions and in the manner intended for the particular type of tool, taking into account the working conditions and the work to be performed. Use of the this tool for operations different from those intended could result in a hazardous situation. 4. Service a. . The correct Balance Bar will be determined according to the diameter of the hole being cut. The end of the Rule that the Balance Bar is connected to depends on the diameter of the cut. For small holes the Balance Bar will be mounted on the Rule near the Blade. For larger cuts the Balance Bar will be mounted on the other side of the Rule from the Blade. See Table 1 and 2 below.
