Keith Hills Member / PGM Student Scramble Saturday, April 2, 2016 Keith Hills GC - Orange & White Courses 1:00 Shotgun Start Member Entry Fee - $25.00 (Cart, Range, & Prizes) PGM Student / Annual Cart Member Entry Fee - $15.00 (Cart, Range, & Prizes) Entry is open to all Keith Hills Members and all Campbell University PGA Golf Management students in good standing. Players will sign up individually and then be paired with three other team members (each team consisting of two members and two students) based upon handicap. 18-Hole Scramble Format contested over the Orange & Black Courses. PGM students shall play the BLACK TEE, Male Members shall play from the WHITE TEE, Female PGM students, Female Members, and Senior Members (60+) shall play the GREY TEE. Team members hit from the tee and then the select the best positioned ball from which to hit their next shot. This is continued until the ball is holed. Merchandise certificates are awarded based upon the number of team entries. One-third of the field will earn gift certificates prizes. Ties for prizes are split except for the overall champion, which is determined by a scorecard playoff from the first handicap hole. USGA Rules of Golf govern play. Questions will be decided by the on-site Rules Committee whose decision will be final. Harnett County Senior Championship Friday, June 10, 2016 Orange to Black, 8:03 10:09 Tee Times Member Entry Fee - $25.00 (Cart, Range, Lunch, and Prizes) Non-member Entry Fee - $35.00 (Cart, Range, Lunch, and Prizes) Open to any participants 55 and older. This will be an individual stroke play championship with both Net and Gross winners. Participants will be separated into flight based first on age, then by handicap if necessary. This will be a Four Ball Stroke Play (aka Two-Man Best Ball) event. Teams will be split into two flights: based on handicap information provided. Team handicap index is computed by adding 1/2 of the higher handicap to 80% of the low handicap. The number of flights is based on the number of team entries. Campbell University PGM-Guest A Campbell University Family Weekend Event Sponsored by the Campbell University PGA Golf Management Program September 24th, 2016 Keith Hills GC - Orange & Black Courses 9:15 am Start (Tee Times till 10:34) Guest Entry Fee - $60.00 (Cart, Range, Lunch & Prizes) Entry is open to any team comprised of one at least one PGA Golf Management student and a guest of their choice. PGA Golf Management students are encouraged to bring family and friends as their guests; however teams can consist of two PGA Golf Management students. This will be a Four Ball Stroke Play (aka Two-Man Best Ball) event. Teams will be split into two flights: teams consisting of two students will be in the PGM Scratch Flight, while teams consisting of a student and a guest will be in the Net Best Ball Flight. Annual Keith Hills Cup (Members vs. PGA Golf Management Student Senior Class) Sunday, November 6, 2016 Entry Fee - FREE (Cart Fees are additional) Entry is open to the first twelve Keith Hills Golf Club members with an established golf handicap as of October 31, 2016. PGA Golf Management student participants must be in their final academic semester on campus. The student team will be based on the standings of the PGMSA Tournament Series Point List from the Fall 2016 semester as of October 31,2016. Twelve 18-Hole Individual Matches will be contested over the Orange & Black Courses. Members will play at 80% of their established Keith Hills Home Course Handicap for the match. Students will play as scratch and shall receive no handicap strokes in the match. The first team to win 6 ½ points will claim the Keith Hills Cup. TEE TIMES 12:00 1:15 TEES All participants shall play the WHITE TEE. Participants that qualify as a Senior (60 years of age or older) shall play the GRAY TEE and Women shall play the ORANGE TEE. PLAYOFF If matches are halved after the 18th hole, then each side will earn ½ point toward the team score. In the Inaugural Event, if the teams are tied at 6 points after the final match is determined, then each Playing Captain will represent their side in a playoff starting on Black #1. The match will continue to Black #9 if the hole is halved and players will continue to play Black #1 and Black #9 until a winner is determined. USGA Rules of Golf govern play. Chili Bowl Scramble Saturday, December 10, 2016 Keith Hills GC - Orange & Black Courses 12:00 Shotgun Start Member Entry Fee - $25.00 per player (includes Cart, Range, & Chili after the round) Non-Member Entry Fee - $40.00 per player Entry is open to teams comprised of any four players. Each team is comprised of four players. Each player tees off on every hole. The best of the tee shots is selected and all players play their second shots from that spot. Then the best of the second shots is determined, and everyone plays their third shots from that spot, and so on until the ball is holed. Teams are pre-flighted into divisions according to team handicap index. Team handicap is computed by adding 1/2 of the higher handicap to the low handicap. The number of flights is based on the number of team entries. Flights should contain between eight to ten teams. TEES Male competitors shall play from the WHITE TEE.
