Head Coach - Clayton McMillan Clayton McMillan has been coaching since returning from Japan in 2007. In his eight years of coaching he has had a successful record in both club and age group representative rugby. McMillan this year coached the New Zealand Provincial Barbarians who faced the British and Irish Lions in Whangarei in June this year. Assistant Coach Rodney Gibbs Rodney Gibbs has been coaching for more than 10 years and brings a wealth of experience as the team s back coach. He is technically and tactically sound. Assistant Coach David Hill David has recently transitioned from player to coach, but brings a wealth of experience. In 2015 he was involved with the Blues Super Rugby Team as a skills coach under the guidance of All Blacks skills coach Mick Byrne. David also is utilised as an New Zealand U20 Resource Coach.
