Scenario Malo-Jaroslavetz 24 October 112 This scenario is based upon several web sources found in several groups of yahoo: GrandeArmee, NapoleonicFireandFury and Vnblist (Volley and Bayonet) Russia, October 112. Napoleon s Army is trying to retire from Moscow.. 1 MAP: The Malo-Jaroslavets Battlefield. MAP NOTES: 1.1. All the buildings have a +1 combat modifier and the church has a +3 combat modifier. Russian fieldworks give only light cover and protection from cavalry 1.2. The plateau is accessible to cavalry and artillery only via the road. West of the town (columns 1-3) infantry may scale the hill as (x3) rough terrain. The plateau is not accessible east of the town (columns 4-5). 1.3. Fords may be found west of the bridge (columns 1-3). Otherwise, units may cross only by the bridge 1.4. The French se-tup first. None of the Corps artillery may be placed initially on the plateau or in the town. The Russian place second and must be at least 15 cm from the nearest enemy combat unit.
