Replacement Door Handles Yale door furniture has been developed with the replacement market in mind, catering for the most popular range of doors and multi-point locks in the market. Ideal for replacing tired and worn out door furniture, the range includes security options so you can upgrade your furniture and level of security. DIY friendly and easy to fit, all handles are for use with lock centres (the distance between the handle and the centre of the cylinder), and compliment the Doormaster range of multi-point locks. Choosing The Right Size 122mm Short Backplate Handles Lock Centre 122mm distance between fixing bolts Long Backplate Handles Lock Centre distance between fixing bolts 110mm (a) 70mm (b) 20mm (c) 40mm (d) 70mm (e) To check the Universal Handle will fit your door: Check your lock centre the distance between the centre of the lever and the centre of the cylinder should be If you have a fixing bolt above the lever, this should be between 70mm (b) and 110mm (a+b) from the centre of the lever to fit your existing fixing bolt hole. If you have a fixing bolt between the lever and the cylinder, this should be between 20mm (c) and 60mm (c+d) from the centre of the lever to fit your existing fixing bolt hole. 15mm (f) If you have a fixing bolt below the cylinder, this should be between 130mm (c+d+e) and 145mm (c+d+e+f) from the centre of the lever to fit your existing fixing bolt hole.
