All reports must be run in order to balance the ST101OH Settlement Distribution for 2 nd half. Following the Agenda for RP_OH, you must have run the reports up to the ST101OH to begin balancing. The reports needed, at this point, will be the AR211OH, TX101OH, TX102OH and the ST101OH. You must also have a copy of the ST101OH from first half settlement. NOTE: When you get to the steps of balancing the ST108OH, the column heading labels are determined by parameter four when running the report. By selecting Y in parameter 4 the report will only print single row report. If parameter 4 is an N, a multiple row report will print. There are two options for balancing at this point you will use one or the other not both depending on how you ran the ST108OH with parameter 4 with a Y or N. Before beginning balancing, the ST399 must not show any parcels where ORG RED does not equal ADJ. Step 1 Complete balancing procedures through Box S. A If everything balances move to Step 2. B If anything is out of balance, run the ST425OH, make corrections (call Tyler if you need help), and rerun settlement beginning with the ST400 up to the ST101OH. Go back to Step 1. Step 2 - Move on in the Agenda through the ST115OH and the rerun of the ST101OH. Complete balancing procedures through Box BB. A - If everything balances move to Step 3. B If anything is out of balance, run the ST425OH, make corrections (call Tyler if you need help), and rerun settlement beginning with the ST400 up to the ST101OH. Go back to Step 1. Step 3 Move on in the Agenda through the ST108OH and complete the balancing procedures. A If everything balances, congratulations, you are almost finished. Complete the RP_OH 2nd Half Settlement Agenda B If anything is out of balance contact Tyler. October 21, 2015 1
