See Below TBA TBA INFORMATION FOR ALL MEMBERS The regular season begins May 2016 and runs through April 2017. Team s earning a World s or Summit bid will practice through April, depending on dates. Teams will discuss individually. For your convenience, the season commitment consists of monthly tuition installments and All Star competition fees and expenses, based on full season commitment Meaning all fees must be paid (even if you withdraw). ALL new and existing Premier customers are required to pay tuition installments electronically: o Autopay (credit/debit cards) o Echeck (directly from your checking acct) Payments will be billed to your account on or about the 10 th of the month. Your payment will be processed on or about the 20 th of the month for the upcoming month s tuition installment. You may choose to go in to the parent portal and make the payment yourself BEFORE the 20 th each month. The draft dates for the year are posted in the gym, in this packet, and also located at the bottom of your monthly statements. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will be notified via email, phone call or receive a statement on the early bird date after all accounts have been drafted. If your account information changes (new card, expiration date, stolen card, new address, new checking account, etc.) you are responsible for changing the information online to avoid increased tuition or suspension from the team. NO REFUNDS If a check (personal/paper check or E-Check) is returned for insufficient funds, there is a $30 NSF fee. If a personal check is returned, we will no longer be able to accept personal checks for your account. Page 3

WHAT IS COVERED IN MONTHLY TUITION INSTALLMENTS? Cheer teams at least 6 practices per month Extra practices - From October through April, the teams may have additional practices to prepare for Worlds and Summit We value your time, so we offer two types of schedules; school and summer schedules. Once we determine the exact number of teams and number of athletes on a team, we will immediately finalize the schedule and get it out to you. For a complete description of the terminology below, we have enclosed a glossary at the end of the packet. USASF Athlete Membership Fee - $35 End of the Year Banquet - $15 Competition Registration Fees o Tiny - $620 (Competition fee s for the season) o Mini & Above $760 (Competition fee s for the season) Choreography o Tiny & Level 1- $50/Athlete o Level s 2-5 - $150/Athlete Music $65/ Athlete Competition Bow - $20/Athlete The Team Fund Payments will be divided into 7 equal payments that are due on or about the 5 th of each month. (July 5, 2016 January 5, 2017) In order for us to attend Regional & National events, this competition fees must be paid in time. With that being said, it is IMPERATIVE that these fees are paid on time. Page 4

The All-Star Membership Fee is due on May 20, 2016. COMPETITION AND TRAVEL A final competition schedule will be issued no later than June 15 th, 2016. Competition fees for the season can range from $500-$900 total and is based on individual team schedules. Please note that the fees are competition registration fees only. o You will pay for lodging, transportation, parking fees, spectator fees on your own. We will compete in local, regional and national events. The events are subject to change. o Teams will not travel to more than 6 competitions per season, unless there is an extra, affordable competition close by. COMPETITION TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS: We will reserve a block of rooms and/or provide a link to housing information (via the event company) for National Competitions; however, the hotel arrangements are made by the parent. o Every All-Star should stay in a room with a parent/guardian. o To save on travel expenses, you may choose to share a room with another family, and you must o coordinate this on your own. If you, the parent, is unable to attend the competition, then you must find someone who will supervise your All-Star while at the competition. Please make sure you pay attention to the hotel reservation deadlines. Once the deadlines have passed, it will be up to you, the parent, to find suitable lodging. Payments for ALL hotels will go directly to the hotel. Premier Athletics will not be responsible for paying any hotel expenses. Camp is an essential part of routine and squad development. All teams will have a skills camp and a choreography camp. Should a foreseen OR unforeseen instance arise preventing your All-Star from attending camp, you are still required to pay the camp fee. Camp must be paid for ON or BEFORE the 1 st day of Camp. To avoid distraction, summer camp is closed to ALL spectators. Any World s team members are REQUIRED to attend camp if they want to do participate on the World s team. Camp time is spent working on the routine skills, learning choreography, and team building. Regularly scheduled practices are cancelled during camp. Camp requires adequate rest for peak performance.. It will be a skills and technique training camp. Premier Athletics is organizing this camp to bring in some of the best staff in the country to work with our Premier Athletics teams. It is a blast and the kids will have a great time and learn so much from this camp. If you are on more than one team that attends this camp, you will pay the camp fee once, not per team. This is a great opportunity and Premier Athletics is thrilled that we will be able to hold ALL LEVEL 5 AND SENIOR 4 TEAMS FROM EVERY LOCATION at this facility! 1. Friday June 24, 2016: 2pm - 9pm (Including Dinner) 2. Saturday June 25, 2016: 9am-9pm (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) 3. Sunday June 26, 2016: 9am-11am (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner on the way home) 4. NOTE: On Saturday evening while dance and cheer are at camp together we plan to teach a CAMP DANCE to everyone and also have a motivational speaker. This session will be in the after dinner and for both Cheer and Dance together. 5. $350/Athlete (Includes hotel room, meals, instruction, activities and transportation) All Star Buy Out Fee If an athlete quits or is released from a Premier Athletics team after August 1st, you will be responsible for a $500 buyout fee. Tuition Monthly Tuition Installment Registration Fee Sibling Discount Competition Fees &Expenses Team Fund Payment Administrative/ Membership Fee USASF Member Fee Competition Fees Music Fee Choreography Description The fee for May 2016-April 2017, includes Premier Athletics instruction for all teams. Due annually and billed on your anniversary month of joining Premier Athletics. A discount for families who have multiple children on a team receive a sibling discount Description Includes all competition fees, music, choreography, USASF membership fee & competition bows. All expenses are added together and divided into payments due monthly starting in July and ending in January Coaches fees for travel expenses throughout the year, guest coach fees, and miscellaneous competition items. USASF is the governing body for cheerleading and dance. Each athlete is required by the USASF to have an athlete membership in order to compete at USASF sanctioned events Each competition that our team attends charges a per athlete registration fee. Each routine and a custom piece of music mixed specifically designed for the team and routine. A professional music producer mixes to the music Creating and learning the routine for the upcoming season. Routines are designed to maximize the strength of each individual team. In House Skills Camps Premier Athletics Skills Camp, Atlanta GA Required Apparel Items Girls and Boys Cheer Uniform Cheerleading Shoes Warm Up Practice Wear Packages Practice Bows Additional Premier Athletics Apparel The primary focus is to build strong technique, confidence and team work through skills camps. Teams will drill and drill many skills to provide a solid technical foundation A Premier Athletics wide skills camp for Junior Level 5, Senior 4 and Senior 5 athletes. The primary focus is to build strong technique, confidence and team work through skills camps. The camp also provides a strong focus on leadership. Description Each team member will wear the required uniform for competitions throughout the year. We will use the same uniform for 2 years before creating a new design. 2017-2018 will be a new uniform year. Each athlete will wear a Varsity Cheerleading Shoe. These are the appropriate footwear for cheerleading. Shoes should be worn in doors only. We offer two types - Varsity Cheerleader (VC) and a PA Custom V-Force (VF) Each athlete will need a Premier Athletics warm up. Warm ups will be used for several seasons. It is not required to purchase warm up pants, but you do have the option to purchase matching pants if you choose. Practice wear is worn during practice time, camp and special performances. Each athlete will need to purchase the sublimated reversible tank, with matching shorts. This also includes an additional pair of Varsity black spandex. (Boys will purchase plain black shorts on their own) They will also receive one FREE T Shirt. Items can be sold separately but are more expensive. Each athlete will need 2 practice bows to match the above practice wear garments You will have to opportunity to order additional garments, bags, etc throughout the year. Team Apparel Package Each individual athlete will have their own team apparel package. This will include their uniform, warm up, practice outfit, shoes, practice bows, back pack, garment bag, & any other optional items. They will be individually calculated and billed to your account, based on what items your athlete orders. Page 11
