IN 2018 THE TEAM: Competed in state, national and world championship races Provided racing scholarships to new team members and coaching scholarships to returning team members Executed a team mentoring program; pairing new racers with experienced team veterans Managed and executed Pacific Raceways Road Event for new riders (with over 125 race participants) Managed a women s beginner race skillsets clinic with mock races prior to the Pacific Raceways Road Event Volunteered at the 2018 Seattle to Portland (STP) finish line Participated in the 2018 Bike Everywhere Challenge, sponsored a Bike Everywhere Celebration Station on Bike to Work Day and volunteered at the Bike Everywhere Breakfast on behalf of Kaiser Permanente Participated with Kaiser Permanente s 2018 Emerald City Bike Ride Full team presentation at the launch of Kaiser Permanente in March 2018 Participated and donated generous funds for Bike MS Deception Pass 2018 Volunteered at the 2018 YMCA Healthy Kids Day, fitting almost 10,000 kids with helmets across the Puget Sound area (including the Olympic Peninsula) Participated in a helmet fitting event for Special Olympic athletes Managed and executed the Washington Women of Cyclocross race, skills clinic and expo for 2018

Most cyclists are well-educated and earn above average wages. As one of the largest all women s cycling team in the Pacific Northwest we are great ambassadors for your brand. Our riders each train an average of ten hours per week, and in 2019 will spend more than 32,000 total hours training while displaying the logos of our wonderful sponsors.
