RULES AND REGULATIONS: Entries Close at 12 Noon the Day Before the Show Entries via Mail, Fax and Email are Accepted 1. All classes $25 unless otherwise noted. 2. $10 schooling fee automatically applied to all Hunter and Equitation entries. 3. Post entries will be accepted after 12 noon the day before the show with a $25 post entry fee. 4. There will be a $40 Office/EMT/Grounds Fee charged to all entries. 5. Horses scratched on the day of the show will be charged a $25 scratch fee. 6. Schooling will be permitted only in designated areas. Back numbers must be issued and worn. Schooling breaks will be offered throughout the day in the Hunter/Equitation ring at each height change if time allows and at the discretion of management. 7. All divisions listed designated as NJHSA divisions or NJPHA classes will be run in accordance with current NJHSA and/or NJPHA specifications. 8. All Marshall and Sterling designated classes will be run in accordance with M&S specifications and regulations. 9. All hunter classes will be judged on performance and soundness with an emphasis on soundness and manners. 10. Management reserves the right to cancel, combine, change or add classes or schooling as deemed necessary. 11. ASTM/SEI certified headgear is required at all times when mounted on the show grounds. 12. All pets must be leashed. 13. All fees must be secured and entry forms complete, including required signatures, before a number can be issued for any horse. 14. It is a condition of entry to the showgrounds that these rules and regulations are read, understood, and accepted. 15. A $75 fee will be charged for any non-negotiable checks. 16. Credit cards will be accepted for payment but please note that a 4% convenience fee will be added to the amount due. 17. In order for Prize Money to be awarded, Prize Money payee information MUST be provided including name, address, and taxpayer identification number. It is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor to provide this information on the entry blank. 19. Prize Money will be applied to show accounts. If additional Prize Money needs to be issued, it will be mailed within 30 days using the information provided on the entry blank provided a completed W-9 is on file with show management. All Prize Money checks are non-negotiable after 60 days from the date of issue. 20. The Ridge South, LLC, its employees or owners, Nona Garson, George D Ambrosio, or any member of the show committee will not be held responsible for any accident, loss, theft or damage at the show. It shall be the condition of every exhibitor to hold the same blameless or harmless for any accident or loss. Every effort has been made to avoid errors in this publication. The Ridge South, LLC, Nona Garson, George D Ambrosio or any member of the show committee assume no liability for errors. Any changes will be disclosed to competitors upon entry. Should any question or dispute arise not provided for in these rules, the same shall be referred to show management whose decision shall be final. DIRECTIONS The Ridge at Riverview 3 Wolverton Road Asbury, NJ 08802 FROM the East heading WEST on ROUTE 78: Route 78 WEST to EXIT 11, Route 173/West Portal. Off the exit, follow signs to stay on ROUTE 173 WEST; Continue for 2 miles and exit off Route 173 bearing right onto BRUNSWICK AVE. Make the right onto ASBURY/W PORTAL ROAD. Go 1/4 mile, make the first left onto VALLEY STATION ROAD. Cross over the green bridge (Valley Station turns into WOLVERTON Road). The entrance to The Ridge Farm @ Riverview is the first GRAVEL driveway on the left. FROM the East heading WEST on Route 78 (Truck Route): Route 78 West to exit 7, Rt. 173 West, go approx. ½ mile, make first right (just past Musconetcong River) onto Bloomsbury Asbury Road. Go approx. 2.5 miles turn right onto Wolverton Road. Turn right on first gravel driveway on right. FROM the West (PA) heading EAST on ROUTE 78 Route 78 EAST to EXIT 6. This is the exit for the. Weigh Station. Go to the end of the ramp and make a LEFT onto BLOOMSBURY ROAD. Continue about 2 ½ miles (road becomes Asbury Bloomsbury Road) and make a RIGHT onto WOLVERTON ROAD. The Ridge Farm @ Riverview is the first gravel driveway on the right.

HUNTERS All classes $25 unless otherwise noted PLEASURE HORSE OR PONY (NJHSA) Open to all horses and ponies. To be shown in English tack at a walk trot and canter both ways of the ring. To be judged with emphasis on manners and suitability as well as soundness and performance. Must back readily and stand quietly. No more than 8 to hand gallop at the same time. No martingales. Class 104 Pleasure Horse or Pony Class 105 Bridle Path Hack Class 106 NJPHA Pleasure Horse or pony SHORT STIRRUP HUNTER (NJHSA) Open to riders eligible for SS Equitation. Manners & suitability to count. Fences under 2. The Classic Horse Show is a local champions' finals for local exhibitors.
