Increase the international representation on the editorial board 3. Fast track papers with international authorship 4. Support societies dedicated to OS (attending conference, marketing conferences, support to publish work etc.) particularly emerging groups 5. To increase distribution, search-ability, and citation rate -- assess publisher bundling & apply for impact factor 6. Encourage & support the emergence of another journal for dissemination of occupational science 7. Other
