Our goal in CertMind is to certify the skills of professionals who work in the context of Technology. To achieve this, we look for to ensure that professionals demonstrate their skills and knowledge through the application of an International Certification Exam. The purpose of the Certification in Scrum Master is to confirm that the professional has the control of the principles, aspects, processes, tools and techniques of Scrum, in order to perform the role of Scrum Master effectively. As a secondary objective, this certification exam seeks to guarantee that the professional possesses the necessary skills and abilities for this role. Who should take this test? This exam is ideal for professionals who want to practice the Scrum Master's role in one or more Scrum teams. It is recommended that the professional complements this certification with the development and strengthening of their soft skills and thus achieve a better performance. Certification Exam Format Type: Exam with 80 questions, multiple choice and with only response. Duration: 90 minutes Minimum grade to pass: 56/80 or 70% Additional time: If the professional does not present the exam in their native language, they will have 15 additional minutes to complete the exam and they are also allowed to use a dictionary. Prerequisites: It is highly recommended that the professional attend a formal Scrum training. Supervision: Yes Open book: No. Modality: The exam is available online. In order to ensure the minimum skills and knowledge that can be applied in a real environment of implementation of the methodology, the examination addresses the following topics: Topic 1: Agile In this topic, the professional must demonstrate his knowledge about the context of agile methodologies, their approach and use. 1.1. Understand the application of an agile methodology 1.2. Differentiate the approach of an agile methodology from a traditional methodology 1.3. Understand the application of the principles of the agile manifesto 1.4. Recognize the ideal context to use agile methodologies Topic 2: Scrum Roles In this topic, the professional must demonstrate their knowledge of the way in which Scrum defines the structure of the project team. 2.1 Recognize the main Scrum roles 2.2 Identify the responsibilities of the Scrum Master 2.3 Understand the importance of the proper assignment of Scrum Team roles Topic 3: Meetings In this topic, the professional must demonstrate their knowledge and experience in the planning, execu- tion and moderation of the meetings proposed for a Scrum project. 3.1 Understand and apply the recommendations for the development of sprints 3.2 Apply the concepts to carry out the Sprint Planning Meeting 3.3 Apply the concepts to carry out the Sprint Review Meeting 3.4 Apply the concepts to carry out the Retrospective Meeting of the sprint 3.5 Apply the concepts to carry out the Daily Meeting during the sprint info@
