APPLICATION The TOURNAMENT The Tournament is open to boys and girls born in 2006/2007 Boys and girls 2006 : International Tournament JUNIOR TOUR under 12 Must enter on Tennis Europe site slong with boys and girls Boys and girls 2007: National Tournament ENTRIES The number of players for each team is limited to: - 2 Boys and 2 Girls in the main draw U12-2 Boys and 2 Girls in the main draw U11 - Full hospitality for the official team 4 players and 1 coach only in the U12 category until the last player of the team is eliminated Each extra Player in U12 category as well as every player in U11 category will be charged for accommodation based on full-board Players U12 must have an Ipin and a Tennis Europe account All entries must be submitted on line at www.tenniseurope.org Use the attached form in order to register for the competition in U11 category on Bressuire Tennis Club website We cannot accept registration by phone If you have no ranking, you will have to indicate on the registration form your local ranking In case of some players having the same ranking, please indicate a possible ranking in order to list a first and a second player. ENTRY FEE For all categories entry fee is 30 Euros per player
COMPETITION MAIN DRAW U12 (Girls and Boys) MAIN DRAW U11 (Girls and Boys) International players are allowed to play in qualifying draw A draw of 32 players boys and girls Qualification: From 14th to 15th April 2018 All entries must be submitted on line at www.tenniseurope.org Signing: On Friday 13 th April 2018 before 18.00 MAIN DRAW: From 16 th April to 22 nd April 2018 Signing: on Sunday, 15 th April 2018 before 18.00 A draw of 64 players boys and girls All entries must be submitted on line at www.tenniseurope.org Matches will be played on Bressuire Tennis Club's courts MAIN DRAW: From 16 th April to 22 rd April 2018 Signing: on Sunday, 16th April 2017 before 18.00 A draw of 48 players boys and girls No qualification only maindraw Every team must be registered by the tennis federation of their country on Bressuire Tennis Club website. Matches will be played on the same type of surface in other Clubs outside Bressuire. JEAN BODIN CUP (Plate Event) For the losers of the 1st round of the Main Draw U12 or U11, the Jean Bodin CUP tournament will be organised DOUBLES The doubles tournament is open to all categories (2006 and 2007) Registration on the spot at the supervisor office Signing: on Monday, 16 th April 2018 before 12.00

Players are required to wear clean and correct tennis clothes European rules are applied for the final draw of single U12 and national rules are applied for the final draw of single U11 COURTS - 6 Hard courts in resin in the club for the competition U12-6 Hard courts in resin on other sites near Bressuire for the competition U11-6 covered courts reserved for training - 6 outside courts for training and the Jean Bodin CUP
GAMES DETAILS THE BALLS The official balls are TRETORN Tournament Competition Hard balls will be used for both competitions MEETING OF CAPTAINS Sunday 15 th APRIL 2018 at 19.00 FINAL AND AWARD CEREMONY DOUBLES FINALS AND JEAN BODIN CUP Will take place on SATURDAY 21 st April 2018 SINGLES FINALS Will take place on SUNDAY 22 nd April 2018 In the morning 10.30 am PRIZE GIVING CEREMONY Will take place after the last finals
ORGANISATION WELCOME You will be welcomed from APRIL 13 th 2018 A shuttle service will be available when you arrive at the train station or airport ACCOMODATION Each foreign delegation will be accommodated in Bressuire schools: - In rooms for 2 or 4 people - For each team an individual room will be at the coaches disposal - Only sheets, blankets and pillows will be provided by the organisation If you wish to be accommodated at the hotel it will be at your own expense CATERING - Breakfast will be served at the accommodation - Other meals will be served at the Tennis Club de Bressuire EXPENSES Full hospitality for the official teams of 4 players and 1 coach only in U12 category until the last player of the team is eliminated Any additional person will be charged 56 Euros per day, as well as for the U11 category Accommodation based on full-board TRANSPORT Transport will be organised on request from: - Poitiers or Angers train stations - Nantes or Poitiers Airports During the tournament, shuttles will be available for teams without cars from the accommodation to the tennis club or any other court outside Bressuire.
