Event Information Following on from the success of the previous Cruise Job Fairs in London, Berlin and Liverpool, the first job fair in Central and Eastern Europe will be held in Budapest in November 2018. The Budapest event will be held in the Congress Center attached to Novotel Budapest City. All cruise lines, recruiters, training centres, charities and other organisations within the cruise, superyacht and maritime industries, are welcome to participate at the event. Based on the data from our research, Budapest is easy to get to for most candidates from all parts of Hungary, as well as its neighbouring countries such as Romania, Slovakia, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia and Austria. Exhibitor Stands and Packages Standard Plus Package This package consists of: 10m 2 floor space; Two 6ft (180 cm) tables with table covers and seating; Bottled water; Unlimited WiFi; Your company information and logo will appear on the dedicated website, and on flyers handed out to each candidate on the day; You will become a Featured Recruiter on the All Cruise Jobs website for one month. Cost: 1,070 Early Bird Special: 890 (applies to orders received by 01/09/2018) Standard Package The standard package consists of: 6m 2 floor space; A 6ft (180 cm) table with table cover and seating; Bottled water; Unlimited WiFi; Your company information and logo will appear on the dedicated website, and on flyers handed out to each candidate on the day. Unmanned Stand An unmanned stand will consist of: One table covered with a table cloth; All your literature and marketing material sent prior to the event will be attractively displayed on the stand and easily accessible for all candidates to view and take away with them as they wish. The stand will be decorated as per your instructions and will be checked regularly and kept presentable. All unused literature will be returned to you at a cost depending upon location. Cost: 110 Networking Pass The Networking Pass allows professionals working within the cruise industry to visit the job fair and meet colleagues and partners from other companies. Please note: anyone who networks at the event without a valid pass will be asked to leave. Cost: 100 per person 5 / 14
Package Booking All stands consist of 1 or 2 tables with seating and reserved floor space. Each Standard stand will be positioned with a wall or window behind them; however, no banners or posters may be fixed to the wall or window. Please use free-standing banners or stand backgrounds. If you have any additional equipment requirements for the day, please contact us as soon as possible, so that we can find out about cost and availability. Floor Plan The event will be held in the Aula on the ground floor of the Budapest Congress Center attached to the Novotel hotel. Stands will be positioned along the wall and windows. The final layout will be confirmed prior to the event date. Travelling to the Venue By Air Liszt Ferenc Airport near Budapest has good links to major cities in Europe, Middle East, Far East, Africa and North America. You can either take a taxi or use the public transport to get from the airport to the venue - bus 100E to Astoria M, then change for bus 8E to BAH-csomópont just outside the venue. The journey takes about an hour. By Train Budapest Keleti is the main railway station in the city. It is located on the other side of the old Pest city centre, about an hour's walk or 20 minutes bus ride. Buses 8E, 108E, 110 and 112 offer direct link from the train station to the venue. By Coach Budapest's main coach station is in Népliget, about 50 minutes away from the venue. You can either get a bus (99, change at Vajda Péter utca for 8E, 110 or 112) or tram (1, change at Vajda Péter utca for 17) to get to the congress centre. By Bus There are several bus stops near the venue, including the following: BAH-csomópont (Hegyalja út)... 8E, 108E, 110, 112, 908, 960 BAH-csomópont (Alkotás utca)... 139, 140, 140A, 142, 212 By Car Use the following coordinates in your satellite navigation: N 47 29' 18.39'' E 19 1' 25.44'' The congress centre has a large car park available to the visitors. 9 / 14
On-Site Facilities Refreshments A café offering hot and cold drinks and snacks will be available in the event room. Complimentary coffee will be offered to exhibitors before 11am. Internet Access Free standard WiFi will be available for all exhibitors. Equipment Hire Poseur tables are available for 30 + VAT and bar stools for 25 + VAT each. A delivery, setup and collection charge of 200 applies. A 48 TV with a floor stand is available to hire for the day for 210 + VAT. Please let us know if you have any other requirements, e.g. projectors, screens, etc. and we will provide a quote for one of venue's suppliers. 10 / 14
Event Schedule The event will be opening its doors to visitors from 11:00am until 16:00pm. Build-up & Break-down Times Exhibitors will have access to the Terrace between 9:00 11:00 am on the day of the show to setup their stands. Break down of stands must be carried out between 16:00 18:00 and must be completed by the end time as the hall will then be closed. Any items left on stands at the end of the day will be deemed as rubbish and disposed of by the event organisers, and the exhibitor will be charged for this service if required. 11 / 14

Deliveries and Collections Deliveries Exhibition materials can be sent directly to the venue to arrive from 24 th to 31 st October. Please note the 1 st November is a bank holiday in Hungary. Event: Cruise Job Fair 02.11.2018 Budapest Congress Center Novotel Budapest City 63-67, Alkotás utca 1123 Budapest Hungary Please use the package labels that can be found at the end of the exhibitors guide, and affix one to each of the packages prior to sending them. It is essential that you complete these labels, so that we can clearly identify if any packages are missing and contact you in advance of the show. A confirmation email will need to be sent to events@webix.co.uk, detailing the date that the packages have been arranged to be delivered, and the number of packages being sent. Collections If you want packages to be returned to you, please arrange for a courier to collect them from the venue directly after the event. Please have return labels ready and attach them to boxes after the show. Leave the boxes at your stand, and they will be moved to a storage room. Packages which are not collected by a courier a week after the event, will be deemed as rubbish and will be disposed of by the venue. 13 / 14
